I love the way you can easily collaborate with fellow team members - from draft sharing to instant messaging, Front makes it easy. I also love that Front encourages you to have a clear inbox. No more cluttered inbox full of emails where you aren't sure what has been handled and what hasn't. Now you can simply send, archive, and move along to the next email until everything is taken care of. I love seeing that 'Way to Go!' when my inbox is empty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't always show the most recent email at first view. Sometimes it is a little confusing why you are seeing an email again before you scroll down to 'most recent' and realize there is a new message in the thread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Internal comments on e-mail - the ability to talk internally on the e-mail without sending the e-mail to someone else and leaving a digital trail is great.
Relevant info to an e-mail can be kept in the comment section for later reference.
Both the web, desktop app, and mobile app are great compliments to give you various ways to use their software. The tagging system and snooze organization are extremely helpful and easy to understand.
Connectivity to various digital meeting rooms (Zoom, GMeet, etc) are great as you can set defaults for when you create new calendar invites and send those to other people.
Internal scheduling tool is great as well where you can directly send links in an e-mail to book time on my calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Front has a really great user interface. Whether your an advanced user or not, this helps convince your entire team to use their client which is cricital to team success. My other favorite feature is how I can share emails with coworkers without forwarding them. This makes the communication cleaner and easier to follow for everyone involved! Almost nothing. I have minor nitpicks about the lack of customiziation for calendar notifcations and only partial dark mode support throughout the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The rules functionality is key for triaging work to the correct employee the first time and building out work queues through the assignment function. It has helped to make us more responsive, more efficient, and gives us time to focus on value added interactions with customers, rather than spending all of our time just trying to stay afloat. It was easy to setup with the help of Front's onboarding team and has helped usto revolutionize our communications with our customers in just two short months. I'm still frustrated that in my personal inbox, if I archive an email, it doesn't archive on the Gmail side. This is purely an personal thing, as it bothers me to have Front at inbox zero but the actual gmail account doesn't appear that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that you can see if your email has been seen! Also, working as a team has been great to see how everybody can reach information through the whole team. I'm in charge of an urgent inbox during weekends and this feature and its different ways to be st up have been amazing and super helpful to our organization.

Setting up rules and views - they are easy to set up
Customer support - We had many training sessions and the customer support team was always available to answer our questions.
Shared with you tab - I find it extremely conventient and time saving to tag a team member in an email and get their input rather than forwarding emails that get burried in your inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
