What do you like best about Front?

I love that I can conference on messages without having to screenshot or explain them to other coworkers. Amazing platform - I'm obsessed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

The only downside is that I don't know all of the functionalities yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

We coordinate on a lot of email threads together and through Front I'm able to track who looks at it, how often they do, and any of the responses that other people chime in. I'm able to discuss these responses outside of the thread with colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

It's time saving, because when I answer a mail, it will go our of te shared mail box. Same happens if my colleague answers a mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Different set up that I used to have, so in the beginnig you need te "get used to it". but after a while you see more and more advantages of this mail system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy way of storing information if you put a "TAG" on you mail. The main advantage I have, is time saving (avoiding double work) for me and my collegue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are down times but that doesnt hapen often. I think its also important to have a personal inbox where we can add personal notes or personal space Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If we have emails to customers and we do not know how to respond, we tagged our support team for shared access so they can provide support directly to the email thread by commenting or taking over the email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

My favorite part about Front is being able to comment on emails, share email links and easily track my communication for high stakes projects. It's also very intuitive and was extremely quick and easy to integrate into our existing systems. That was particularly impressive as someone who come from an IT background. When we reached out to Custom Support with questions, they were quick to provide answers. Though, we've only needed to reach out to Customer Support just once from what I can recall because it's an intuitive product. I'm in Front pretty much all day. What do you dislike about Front?

Front's search functionality isn't the best, but it's not a big deal. If I need a clean way to search, I can go back to gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Coming from a Customer Expericnce background, I grew to be reliant on a solid, well designed email management software. When I joined a new company earlier this year, we were working strictly out of Gmail, and quickly found myself missing things like a snooze function, conversation assignment, and a built out comment system. All of these things are what initially peaked my interest in Front when I was looking for an email management system for my sales team. We decided to go with Front based on the robust offering of QOL features, and I've been nothing but pleased with it ever since. If you have no experience with a CRM or similar program, Front has a ton of knowledgebase articles and videos to help you understand how to get the full use out of Front. If you have worked with similar programs before, you will find Front to be a familiar tool that immediately begins to make your workflows easier. I use Front on a daily basis, whether from my computer, my iPad, or my phone. Their mobile apps are well made, and make it easy for me to check, respond to, or assign conversations while I'm away from my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

Being that my company does most of it's businesss within the Google Suite of programs, it would be really nice if Front had an integration for Google Chat. As it stands, I still need to have Google Chat open at all times in a seperate window, as my coworkers will often need to ping me from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front helps my team to stay on top of conversations that need to be followed up on, and allows me to have insight into both how my team interacts with our customer base, and in what ways our customers most often interact with us. I feel like if you are not tech-savvy you will experience a different experience with front. The terminology can be challenging to understand when creating rules or context links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time management has greatly improved, and efficiency is much better. These two aspects alone are HUGE of what makes this software so valuable... The way you can customize, and organize the front space to fit your wants and needs is extremely helpful... Really helps me to manage multiple inboxes for various clients that I have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

We can have visible the comments from all team members in emails, also, we can assign the emails comming accordin to our assigned dutties, so the answers are provider fast when you have the correct team member assigned to answer, we can also have metricts tagging each email so we can review the workflow and reply time.
