A very simple interface accomodating the most needed features. Does not have too much of options and the developers have kept it quite simple and straight to the point. Just pick it mark it and explain it. I personally had recommended many users to try this since its so easy to use and no one needs any training or going through the help content it all. Lag/latency thats one thing I would like to say that needs to be improved specially when using it with videos. I mainly work on concepts and many a times while our brain storming sessions It was a pain to draw and explain to our colleagues online, we were previously using paint/Microsoft whiteboard but it was a huge huge lag and it was never as simple as writing and explaining what I wanted to convey like how I used to using a pencil and a paper, but thanks to front sketch now I can easily draw and if I am referring to any video/pic of a component and want to explain what i want to modify in it I can simply draw my imaginantion over that photo and make the other person understand, this was a real pain but it has become lot better now and my meeting time is getting saved considerably.
