What do you like best about Froged?

It is very easy to use and integrate. The support they offer is good and they are usually open to changes and suggestions. When there has been a problem they have solved it quickly, even on weekends.

Something that I like is that they continuously make improvements and new features. Not only that, I have asked for help several times and they have recommended use cases for me to implant in our saas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We think Froged is a good choice for small and medium Saas/platforms who want to get good results with a low cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Froged solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for these problems:

- Froged works well when you want support your users. They have a great chat (with a great UI). Also, they provide a knowledge base for my customers

- Our software is complex (an accounting saas). My clients' questions are always the same. So we need a tool to be proactive and send a response to the client before the problem arises

- We continually make changes (sometimes even changes in legislation) and we need to keep our users up to date. With Froged we send email campaigns and messages in app (notifications)

- Sometimes trial and paid users get cold (honestly, it's normal. Accounting software is boring). I needed an automated way to detect when a user is asleep and make him follow up

- Our potential clients often have many doubts about whether our software fits with your business. The chat on the landing is good for us. We send automessages (notifications) to arouse your interest and try to start a conversation.

Despite the cost of having agents, we have realized that it is profitable since the paying customers usually want a personal treatment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Froged?

I love how easy the tool is. It easily integrates with my wordpress site and tracks very deep level visitor data without any extra coding. I could easily connect it with my email marketing tools. And, also the customer support is outstanding. I had couple of suggestions, feature requests and queries, they responded quick and even helped me with step-by-step instructions. What do you dislike about Froged?

I won't say I dislike it, but I felt Froged lacks a bot system in their live chat. If they can come up with some basic bot based automations for communicating with the leads, then this tool will beat all the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you like to track your visitors and then convert them into leads and then eventually convert those leads to loyal customers, then Froged is the tool you should use. The team behind this tool seems to be solid, they respond quick and act fast. Also the tool is already built very well, almost zero bugs and stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Froged solving and how is that benefiting you?

Major problem that I had with my marketing campaigns were not being able utilize every penny I spend for driving traffic. I mostly run FB ads and very often I see that visitors come and go without much action. But now, with Froged, I can precisely track hot visitors with buying intention and then send them auto-messages to initiate a chat with them. I found that a visitor is more likely to convert on high-priced products when he/she has a good conversation with my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Froged?

UI is super clean, intuitive and simple to navigate. With the Javascript SDK you can basically feed any type of data from your app, do dynamic tagging, add custom attributes, setup event tracking, and then with the Dynamic and Manual Segmentation you can do pretty much anything you want.

The web chat is great. If a user starts a chat session, I immediately get an email (in seconds) with a direct link to the chat window. Works perfectly both on desktop and mobile browsers. You can add private notes on the conversation, and right next to the chat box you can see all user data, which helps you provide great user support. You can use saved replies as well. You can also send attachments, emojis and even gifs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Froged?

The native Android app for the chat works on a basic level. As far as I can tell, push notifications are not working yet, but they do have it in beta. According to support, the are working on updated native apps for Android and iOS. Once they are done with that, all should be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Froged?

Froged is a fantastic software that has all the features that makes it one of the best chat platforms in the market. We are waiting for the knowledge base portal with the CNAME configuration and the multi-language support. Both of these functions are in their road map
