Froala Editor is a lightweight and straightforward WYSIWYG editor that is rich in text editing capabilities. I love that this tool helps us to easily create, edit and update content directly on the website.

I am excited that this tool.is super easy to use. It has an intuitive interface that literally allows you to do anything at ease. Again this tool is well structured leaving no room for confusion and making it easy for one to customize.

I like Froala Editor because of all of the many features that has. It just seems to be a lot better than anything else out there. The upsides of using Froala Editor are twofold. One, I don't need to use anything else, and two, I'm able to get the job done much more efficiently than I ever was before. We've been using Froala since 2014 within our application. It's extremely easy to use for the end users, and our developers have no issues making updates to it and modifying it to meet our needs. What I like best about Froala:

1. It works both on web and mobile

2. It's stable, we haven't ever had any bug reports related to Froala.

3. There are so many options that we can use it for a variety of purposes.

I dislike they removed the account section from Froala, it's annoying having to manage our Froala account via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Formatting is consistent between all the major browsers, include IE11 and Edge.

We purchased a support plan, but they were not very responsive to some IE11 issues we found. We were told that the development team is reviewing the issues, but never got any additional feedback.
