From a development standpoint Froala is easy to customize and extend for all of our various use cases. It allows our content creators and fundraisers to create great looking content sections without our development team spending a ton of time on developing our own product. It provides a great image insert and video insert capability. I like that we can easily put a rich text editor with every feature I can ask for on any webpage. It doesn't cost much and we have used it in several places through out our application. The editor was easy to plug in to my project. The documentation was great and the examples helped a lot. The most difficult concept I found was dealing with the insertion of images on a document. Basically, the insert worked, but the storage of the insert image was a problem. Throughout my career I have tried several editors, and I can say that Froala has been one of the most practical and efficient WYSIWYG contributors to edit and create. It's a lightweight application, not invasive, but it's quite capable. It has a great variety of fonts. I can update and edit quickly and directly. You can really multitask with Froala and I know there's no need to be an expert to use it. A great thing to add is their customer service, getting this service is really fast, and with the questions they also respond in a timely manner.

The best proportion of data is not always obtained when making changes in its structure, which makes it difficult to implement and improve its programming, which therefore leads users to have to change the text for another, losing time that may well be used to perform other conversions or other work of different types, this being a serious problem for froala editor, which could cause great inconvenience to its reputation as a quality computer system, downgrading its platform.
