In my beginning as developer, when I needed to include editors in the pro projects, I often tried to build this object by writing the code line by line. The result was always disastrous. I prefer to include only a few frameworks when I'm designing a new application to avoid heavy processes that run slowly. If there's one thing that bothers me, it's the slowness of the system. Froala is the option I've been using when I need a lightweight JavaScript web editor. The integration is very easy to do. You just need to include it and forget about this question. I wish the documentation had a more complete description of the features. I often discover new features after using it for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Froala Editor has been a game-changer for our team at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez (UACJ). We primarily use Froala in our Annual Activity Report Platform and the Relevance and Feasibility Study Platform. The editor's ability to seamlessly integrate and maintain the formatting from Microsoft Word documents has significantly streamlined our content creation process. This feature alone has saved us countless hours and ensured the consistency and quality of our institutional reports.
But what truly sets Froala apart is the outstanding support team. From the moment we integrated Froala into our platforms, their team has been there every step of the way, offering personalized, timely, and effective assistance. Whether it's resolving technical issues or simply providing guidance on best practices, their support has been nothing short of phenomenal. It's rare to find a product that excels both in functionality and in customer service, but Froala does just that.
I highly recommend Froala to any team looking to enhance their content creation capabilities with a robust, user-friendly, and well-supported editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Froala Editor is an excellent tool overall, there are a few minor challenges we've encountered. Occasionally, when copying and pasting larger segments of content, particularly those with images, from Microsoft Word, the formatting can be slightly disrupted. This has required us to paste content in smaller portions to maintain the desired layout. However, these issues are relatively minor compared to the many benefits Froala offers. Nothing. Bad after bad after bad. Cannot recommend this company or product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Won't issue refund on a fraudulant charge!
Terrible customer service, borderline fraudulent activity and insane prices for something you can easily find for FREE. Had an employee sign up for this without authorization and noticed a $973.60 charge on my account "renewing the service". First, folks this is a crazy price for a simply font and text editor. But, back to the point. I expressed to this company that I did not authorize this service and politely requested a refund. They refused and after a lot of back and forth they simply blamed me and kept telling me I bought this service which I did not. Almost $1000 taken by this company from my small business in my opinion. I will dispute and hopefully recoup the money but PLEASE be aware of this company and their policies. And most importantly THERE ARE SERVICES LIKE THIS THAT ARE FREE and offer MORE features. Terrible company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is simply the best when it comes to converting content, like Google Docs, into clean, well-structured HTML. No matter how you look at it, it does exactly what it's supposed to—quickly and efficiently. Within minutes, it generates flawless HTML, saving a lot of time and effort. If you're looking for a reliable HTML builder, this is the one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Froala documentation can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price point combined with the features is why we chose Froala. It wasn't the cheapest editor on the market; however, it wasn't the most expensive either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support has been terrible and the WYSIWYG does not work like Tiny. They continually compare themselves to Tiny as a comparable alternative.
I have purchased their most expensive license, the Enterprise plan, it guarantees Enterprise level support. I have been waiting since July 10th for a resolution on a support ticket. I have not received an update on the ticket for 11 + days now. There have been simply crickets.
This is not enterprise level support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use. Great UI/UX. Intuitive. Easily integrated. Since we started using Froala several years ago it has been an integral part of our product offering. The Froala team, both implementation and customer support have been great to work with. It's one of the mosed used features on our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the past we've had issues with the table editor, but I haven't too many if any issues about that recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customization possible with the editor is a very nice feature that allows the editor to be incorporated into many different scenarios. It can be as full-featured as you want or a very simple text input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using the Froala editor for a while now and I have yet to hit anything that I really dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The editor is easy to implement and features a full sweet of functions needed in our application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There we're a few issues while implementing it. (bugs known and unknown) most of them are fixed at the time of writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We integrated Froala into our platform to provide our customers with a powerful WYSIWYG note and email editor. The implementation couldn't have been easier -- the documentation is very thorough and includes instructions for nearly every frontend framework. With just a few lines of code, we were up and running.
Our initial implementation used out of the box features--html tables, different fonts, text alignment, html code view, etc. These features worked perfectly. Yet Froala's magic was in the plugin interface. With just a few more lines, we set up templates that triggered off input events, allowing users to generate powerful HTML snippets with suggested input.
In summary, Froala is a powerful and versatile WYSIWYG editor that supports nearly all modern javascript frameworks and allows for advanced use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While we're extremely happy with our experience with Froala so far, I feel it costs more than I would like for our use case. I would have no problem justifying the cost if we enabled it for a heavily-used feature. But our users only rarely take advantage of the editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Froala editor has extreemely good UI/UX focus delivering great look and feel to the website. Froala editor is the most intelligent editor I've experienced amount many other editors such as Draft.js, Salte.js, TinyMCE and KendoReact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This editor is expensive. It provides a free trial but then you have to pay for it. It is very expensive. However, if your need is for catering large audience and if you can afford it, I think this is one of the best editors in the industry to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
