Freshchat has been helpful for us to channel our queries to our sales and support respectively according to the query. Freshchat has has made ticket creation and resolution very easy for us . inability to stop chats from changing place while chatting. The only setting is for the longest wait time. I would like to freeze the chats entirely so they do not move switch places. When implimenting or changing rules for chat on the back end, the systems slows WAYYYY down and is almost unusuable for at least 30-60 mins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of using Freshchat is superb. There's no comparison to the user friendly interface! Ias someone who has worked in live chat for several years, Freshchat is one of the platforms that I give a mostly positive score to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint about Freshchat is that the notifications are spotty, at best. I won't always receive a ding when a new message comes in, which is a pain when I'm working on several projects at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Things I like about Freshchat:
Not too many columns and features to memorize to be able to use it.
Integration to Freshdesk to create additional tickets.
Customers cannot see when the agents are typing

The notification system is not as smooth as I want, especially if I'm not on the page/tab.
