I like Freshchat because I can easily see customers with their concern and I can easily navigate it to answer those concerns. I can easily tag those concerns properly without having a hard time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freshchat doesn't have an auto-solving mechanism like when we are handling particular customers at that time executives are busy solving the queries of the existing customers on live chat. Still, those customers who are in the queue should not be unheard of for there issues so the fresh chat should slowly start solving the customer's issue at least in the initial stage so the customer will feel engaged. The tool is easy to configure and the application proved to be very simple to use.

There are many versions of the tool for each type of product and it is difficult to know which version of the product we are and what we are missing in other versions.
We miss easier integration and customization between Freshdesk and Freshsales. Some limitations did not create separate applications

The service is super streamlined and easy to use. I use it at a every-day frequency. There's no confusing menus, no excessive number of features, and everything looks organized and neatly positioned. I can handle all my whatsapp and Meta chats easily in one place. Besides, I have an app and can control all chats and agents in charge of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fields of a contact of the Freshsales (CRM) are not synced with Freschat. As workaround you have to create workflows. It is not the same.
Besides, there is no API to trigger whatsapp messages/campaigns from your backend.

As a frequent user of Freshchat, I have experienced its fabulous ease of use and versatile customer support capabilities. Its become an essential tool for me in providing exceptional customer experiences. Implementation of the freshchat seems easy-peasy
Describing some of its features like Multi channel engagement, AI-powered chatbots, journey builder, customer contex, robust analytics, chat widget customisation etc...
These features makes it first choice of any business.

It's awesome as we can serve our clients from anywhere. We can use pre-written replies (Canned responses ) for frequent live chat queries. All Convseration done with client's are saved as ticket.
Another fetarue is that, we can add the client contact details on Freshchat portal and If an offline chat ( Non- business day) is received, in that case, we can create a Ticket and revert by email also.
We are using Freshchat portal more than 6 years and Truely fully managed Live Chat portal and we LOVE our live chat features and our client's also love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
