What do you like best about FreshChat?

It was very easy to integrate with our app and start using. The articles were helpful. Once integrated we were able to start working with our app users seamlessly. The responses and inline cues (when users are typing or sharing helpful answers etc) are neat.

We can also configure bots easily to help users with stock answers when our agents are offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

When we send custom tags/information about any logged in user the info seems to come at the bottom and not immediately visible to our agents. They generally scroll down to see this extra info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is an instant mechanism for app users to contact us and get the answers they are looking for. Since our app is a self serve one and our users do not want to go through lots of text (support docs) the chat interface helps to solve problems and queries quickly. What do you like best about FreshChat?

Freshchat is one of the unique CRMs that is relatively easy to use and has its own AI assistance for summarizing and paraphrasing conversations. This makes customer support easy and offers an excellent user experience and what I especially admire about Freshchat is the features that it provides, like the ability to save your own customized replies and messages also that you can Implement other tools allows you to access them more quickly and easily within freshchat. What do you dislike about FreshChat?

The audio and notification system currently has a problem or glitch that makes it annoying to not hear a sound when a new chat or conversation starts, which cause a delay for responding to customers. Other than that it worth the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI is quite helpful; rather than having to manually summarize and documenting chat and email conversations, which takes time, Freshchat AI saves us a lot of time with the summarizing feature and my team is able to send concise records to the backend and the data analyzation team with efficiency and clarity. What do you like best about FreshChat?

The design of the user-interface is great, from configuring the settings as an admin through to the customer support interface. We've been able to create our own chat bots for support which has been extremely helpful for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Occasionally suppport technicians do not recieve a notification when a new chat is started, we have never been able to resolve this, but it's a rare occurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we used Freshchat, we simply used an email inbox for support. With only using an email inbox we found it difficult to prioritise more urgent support requests. With the implemantion of Freshchat, our customers can get instant support via a live chat feature which is not only a better experience for the customer, but also allows all support technicians to work in a more efficient manner. The bugs were endless and took months to sort out. Some were only sorted out once we terminated our plan and I was still emailed 6 months later.
