The best part would be the ease of integration, just a bit of time needed to get used to the product and from then on pretty much plain sailing ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few search or tag fields can be really picky about whether upper or lower case is used, which can sometime make it tedious to find certain tags or clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

I have evaluated many live chat products, and Fresh Chat is the best! It has a easy to follow admin interface, the price is fair and I like targeting customers with certain pop up messages. Fresh Chats support is also quick and very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish you could have a bit more data in the team performance report. Like have a agents ratings in there.Our ratings don't always seem to display after a chat though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

Simple interface, easy to understand and use admin tools. It was very easy to get it set up and start using it really fast. It also integrates with other Freshworks tools, like Freshdesk so that you can share FAQs from your knowledgebase on chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very little to dislike. I would appreciate more flexibility with the online/offline tools (easier way to go to offline vs. business hours, more flexibility on bot-chat intro conversations). But, as is it is still super helpful and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the design and layouts provided for the chat window. The design of the my account section is user-friendly. I will give 10 out of 10 for the design.

The best part I like about this tool is a chatbot, you can easily set up questions for a chatbot.
