My favorite thing about freshconnect is the doors it opens to collaboration and connection! Freshconnect provides fantastic ways to manage and track: time, invoices, and expenses paid. It allows everything in the office environment to feel unified between different departments. It is a pretty loaded software, so it takes time to grasp and understand. Honestly, there are not many bad things to say about this software, as all the features are really solid and practical delivering everything you need in one place. There are few things to point out, although you have personal online training as well as a good documentation, it does not have a forum to help you answer frequent doubts that customers have had in the past, the integrations for iOS and Android mobile devices work smoothly, something very disappointing at a certain point since its versions on Windows and Mac work great. The simplicity behind setting up the Chat service and the power behind integration with Freshdesk. Looking forward to the integration with Whatsapp and the benefit of IntelliAssign, routing, reporting and the measurement of CSAT in our customer experience team. One of the main reasons for deploying Freshchat was to take advantage of the Whatsapp integration. Our hope is that the full suite of services available in Freshchat will be available for Whatsapp in the the future. Freshconnect offers the best services when it comes to collaborate as a team or at organization. It has versatile features which allows us to exchange messages , track time and activities and also maintain a solid track on how to communicate in the organization. There's not much to dislike about this tool. It has remarkable features but few of them still needs some improvements for more smooth execution of processes.
