What do you like best about FreshChat?

The best thing about Freshdesk messaging is the easy of imlementation and availablity for bot flows. Then the assignment rules come in really handy and high level reporting too is easy to contemplate and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Primary use cases sometimes need an advanced automation plugin to be used, and one needs to write logic there. The problem with that arises as it is not as user friends as its other native features are, and also, there is a lot of abstract logic which one needs to understand while writing logic. What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about FreshChat?

FC is the best live chat to let you communicate on spot with your customer so you can manage there requirements on time, easy to use spicialy that you have smart plug to save your time to send the greeting and the closure

Some times I sent a message and the customer unable to read it it's maybe because bad internet I don't know exactly the main reason for it

What do you like best about FreshChat?

The best part of FreshDesk messaging is it's simple and easy to understand UI. I didn't need any onboarding process even when they have a free program. Other than that, the software is well built and it convers all the basic requirements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The functionality of Freshdesk messaging is on point. As it is a mature platform that has been in the game for a while, you can see the UI/UX has been great. Creating workflows is also easy in fresdek Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

It would be great if Freshdesk guys could provide with more integration options like Active Campaign as it is a SRM used by many and having a native integration with it would certainly make my life easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

It is a very complete tool, it is very simple to understand and provides a super complete context of the client's profile which allows the experience team to have their work much easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are still some integrations that cannot be done natively and we end up doing them on our own which implies an additional cost and they do not end up having the best integration. Anyway, whenever we make suggestions, they listen to us and it is seen that the technical team is constantly working and growing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

I think I like mostly documentation, that you have nice it. And Easy for understanding API, which works much better than Freshdesk API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

I don't like strict limitations, I couldn't make a lot of requests per min or make long distance reports (more than 30 days), although if I need to get the history - I couldn't do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

Freshdesk has an excellent, very intuitive and dynamic interface, it is extremely easy to use, so you will not need professional knowledge to use it, it allows you to use real-time messaging, which brings with it many excellent functions and allows you to share files, Freshchat you can configure and customize it to suit your needs, Freshdesk has notifications that notify you when someone wants to start a chat with you, it has an excellent free trial that comes with incredible features. What do you dislike about FreshChat?

So far I have not found something that I dislike, I have really had a very good experience using this software, it has a chat from which you can answer questions continuously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freshchat has allowed me to publish URL links in the chats, unlike other platforms, it has an excellent integration with Slack, I find it incredible that the user interface is really nice.
