This software is well built and very complete, it meets all the basic requirements, its user interface is simple and easy to understand, it provides an excellent context of the client's profile which allows the experienced team to make the job much easier. You can easily access the tool and make some changes. Their customer service agents are beneficial, friendly, and knowledgeable; they always make sure you get all the assistance you need before the end of the chat. What do you like best about FreshChat?

It's so useful for me as an agent cause I can solve the issues that face my customers and make it easier and more beneficial for them to be satisfied with the service I provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes in rush hours, as I have to solve all kinds of cases, I deal with so many chats at the same time, and it gets stacked on the queue, which appears to the customer that we are intentionally avoiding them, but it's not a big deal as we handle them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like this customer messaging software; it has a well-designed user interface. In terms of functionality, it is correct; it provides everything you need to make communication with customers more proactive. What do you like best about FreshChat?

I love it because it's easy to use and fast plus shows you everything that happens in chat like if Conversation was assigned to an agent or group plus the private note is very useful if you want to save something important in the chat like a pic order a date about the customer, private note is only visible to agents customer connect see it also that chat is counting with seconds if u didn't give it first respond thats is good if u have target also the reporting is so powerful and helpful as it shows u the number of agents and assigned chat and the aht and first respond for everyone also Canned Responses is great saves alot of time and u can also add your own plugs on smart plug it's just great i love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

well sometimes it the chat time count is wrong or have delay and also not counting in seconds if u give a response from ur side , also that if u don't have chats assigned to u after a while u will be automatically inactive and any chat will be assigned to u will count as away Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

There are a lot of automations and triggers available to increase our support agents' productivity. The integration with Freshdesk enables us to follow up with customer issues in a multi-channel manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

We ingest the raw data generated by Freshdesk Messaging through its API, however it sometimes has unexpected behaviors, especially the v2/reports/raw endpoint. This makes it difficult to keep track of product metrics in our BI tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Opening a chat channel for our customers to contact us about ongoing issues and managing this issues as tickets created on the Freshdesk platform. What do you like best about FreshChat?

There is absolutely no need to go to any other tabs or tools because we can resolve the tickets right under freshconnect. And we can view the discussion under the ticket to get a clear picture of what the issue is about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
