What do you like best about FreshChat?

SDK is ready to integrate with all platforms (In my case Android and IOS). It is easy to debug send messages using javascript and as developer, I find it easy to debug too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Maybe this is a review of the version am using, but the chat support UI seems outdated in comparison with peers. HTML style support for IOS could be better. For example, I want to add a new line in a single chat message via javascript it's not straightforward. I had to reach out to the support team for help. (Which they did and close the issue very quickly). Documentation could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about FreshChat?

It offers a nice experience to the user. It works pretty well if it's well structured. It has a simple and user-friendly interface for customers, visitors, users of your application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The administration panel can be confusing at first use. Panels of Freshworks products are not very good for single application use. For example, it can be useful if you use Frashdesk with Freshchat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

Good and Easy setup of Integration between Freshdesk and Freshchat. Easy solution for separating incoming chats per group or per country. IntelliAssign option is really easy to setup and it is working well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Problematic points are that is difficult sometimes to setup the bot and also Proactive Campaign is not created well. It is complicated to create new custom variables. What do you like best about FreshChat?

Freshchat seamless integration with the homepage is one the best tool for a startup to clarify queries quickly. Integrating with Freddy AI reduced the tickets up to 30% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Integrations, it is not very easy to integrate with other tools, than Freshworks' ecosystem. Even if it allows, it's painful to get the full experience.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

We have migrated to freshdesk from another provider and we loved the options it provides for us to customize as per our requirement, our developers was able to set this up on our website with the API in no time which is an added advantage for this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

What do you like best about FreshChat?

I liked the chat builder orchestration which allows us to create custom bot flow based on the business flow. It captures all customer details and allows us to share FAQs, Knowledge base articles, Video links and whatnot. What do you like best about FreshChat?

The best part of Freshconnect is that it offers excellent tools for managing and tracking time, bills, and costs paid. It makes the workplace culture feel more cohesive across diverse groups. The most significant downside of this programme is that the balance sheet capability is unsatisfactory. When compared to the competitors, this programme is relatively pricey. What do you like best about FreshChat?

One of the things I like most about this messaging platform is the high customizability it has; we use it to complement our CRM to manage customer tickets and respond to concerns quickly and efficiently. I have been surprised and delighted by how simple the ticket assignment system is; it doesn't make us waste time. What do you like best about FreshChat?

The chat is amazingly simple to integrate with your application. I also loved the customization feature to match users' branding guidelines.

The only downside I notice is that there are no tutorials available for most of the features. I had to contact support for Demo which took quite a long. I suggest a separate tutorial on every feature like bots, campaign, setup, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
