SDK is ready to integrate with all platforms (In my case Android and IOS). It is easy to debug send messages using javascript and as developer, I find it easy to debug too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe this is a review of the version am using, but the chat support UI seems outdated in comparison with peers. HTML style support for IOS could be better. For example, I want to add a new line in a single chat message via javascript it's not straightforward. I had to reach out to the support team for help. Integrations, it is not very easy to integrate with other tools, than Freshworks' ecosystem. Even if it allows, it's painful to get the full experience.

We have migrated to freshdesk from another provider and we loved the options it provides for us to customize as per our requirement, our developers was able to set this up on our website with the API in no time which is an added advantage for this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the chat builder orchestration which allows us to create custom bot flow based on the business flow. It captures all customer details and allows us to share FAQs, Knowledge base articles, Video links and whatnot. The best part of Freshconnect is that it offers excellent tools for managing and tracking time, bills, and costs paid. It makes the workplace culture feel more cohesive across diverse groups. The most significant downside of this programme is that the balance sheet capability is unsatisfactory. When compared to the competitors, this programme is relatively pricey. The chat is amazingly simple to integrate with your application. I also loved the customization feature to match users' branding guidelines.

The only downside I notice is that there are no tutorials available for most of the features. I had to contact support for Demo which took quite a long. I suggest a separate tutorial on every feature like bots, campaign, setup, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
