Its conditional formatting, one-click publishing, and simple code deployment were some of my favourite features. However, my total experience was awful. The dashboard was not receiving inputs from the chatbot on my website. They don't even reply to the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What frustrates me is that the chatbot's typeface is customised in accordance with the website or application, which is not always optimal, and that the user experience is destroyed even if the dashboard is extremely complicated and the customer care is horrible. Easy interface and setup. Great way to communicate with your customers in a timely manner or use it as a second or third source for support. Support has been great, but it does take some time to fix an issue if it is a complex case. The support should start with an email, and if the communication keeps going back and forth, I think a call is warranted so we can fix the issue and close the case.
