What do you like best about FreshChat?

Being able to add multiple channels into our Live Chat setup and then add Ticket integration with complete analytical reporting capability is a massive help to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

The ability to translate all conversations on the fly is a feature that would help agents massively, especially when there is a spike in traffic. My understanding is that this will be added in the coming months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

Its conditional formatting, one-click publishing, and simple code deployment were some of my favourite features. However, my total experience was awful. The dashboard was not receiving inputs from the chatbot on my website. They don't even reply to the ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

What frustrates me is that the chatbot's typeface is customised in accordance with the website or application, which is not always optimal, and that the user experience is destroyed even if the dashboard is extremely complicated and the customer care is horrible. What do you like best about FreshChat?

Easy interface and setup. Great way to communicate with your customers in a timely manner or use it as a second or third source for support. The API is also a great way to have additional benefits if you want to create your own dashboard across all the Freshworks systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Support has been great, but it does take some time to fix an issue if it is a complex case. The support should start with an email, and if the communication keeps going back and forth, I think a call is warranted so we can fix the issue and close the case. I do not have many things to say negatively about FreshChat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?
