What do you like best about Freshworks?

Freshdesk comes with plenty of features, options and marketplace apps to customize your company's service desk. Alltogether is a very verstalie solution and probably capable of handle most of your company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshworks?

We wanted to move from an omni plan to stand-alone plan as we were not really using Freshcaller and Freshchat. The entire process took several months and included several people from Freshworks. We had to explain over and over again any of our business-critial requirements. In the end we had to cancel the process because of the delay. We did not have the impression that those responsible at Freshworks had coordinated sufficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

The features are accessible for the new beginner; canned response is very useful! Dashboard is very excellent, we can see the live report and check specific chat groups by filtering.

The analytics is beneficial to see the trends so we can set our staff up with another assignment! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Facebook Messenger is only for 1 (one) account; for the holding company consists of many entities with different Facebook accounts, it is not being accommodated. The chat BOT is very expensive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreshChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airlines are having a dynamic change regarding departure timings; Freshchat can help us accommodate the information and support our passengers to have expected departures by using our customer support channel. What do you like best about FreshChat?

What is like the best about Freshchat is the design of the app that makes it easy to use and you may add a lot of templates which is important in answering chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

Everything is good in Freshchat. I just hope that it offers more features like you can access the emails as well on the same website but in different tab so you can easily manage your chats and emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

Most easy and friendly interface even get more option to check the analytics of the agent and track all the records of agents and customer interaction of chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were no negative point of the freshchat as it allows you to track all the possibility interaction with the customer and agents performance but have to make more smooth as sometime it keeps lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

I like that it has a good integration when we use it with freshdesk omnichannel. The integrations with multiple channels, especially slack which really helps. And the bot functionalities really help with triage on our day to day business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshChat?

I really have some problems with the Whatsapp Proactive messaging which is an app that doesn't have a friendly design, it would be better if it had a friendlier look. I also think that it could be easier to map some things inside the bot when we use it in the Omnichannel version, also adding an NPS or Survey through a bot when it has integration with Whatsapp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshChat?

It integrates with all major chat aps from Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp... No matter the app that is plugged in the chat offers full functionality. A chatbot can run on WhatsApp, Messenger, or a website-placed chatbot. It is fairly easy to use and create chatbot flows and transform data with functions that are supported. What do you dislike about FreshChat?

I miss the functionality to duplicate specific parts of the bot, actions cannot be inserted. For example, if you would like to insert one action between other actions it is not possible to do that.
