The ease of use and ability to customize Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't really have all that much to say about what it's lacking - I've used the platform for various small businesses over the years and have seen as features have been added to improve and make for a better user experience each time.

I do have 2 suggestions though:

1. Email Notification Templates: to be able to replicate/copy over/share the same email notification templates between agents & subscribers (as an option, per individual type).

2. Subscriber settings: it's pretty tiresome for the subscriber to manage their settings if they have to login, it would be far easier to have them determine at the point of clicking "Subscribe" which services they'd like to be alerted for. By default, it includes all Service Components, would be nice to select which one's you're interested in without having to create a subscriber login profile. Working well to notify my internal company.

Grouping resources and allowing our Users to subscribe to events is key Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unable to sync users or groups from FreshService is the biggest detriment to program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use. The price is awesome. The number of integrations and walking you thru them is also very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have really not come across any. The only thing I would mention is the lack of being able to get a realistic price up front. Yeah, the free account is great, but we are just below it and it would be great to be able to easily see what I could expect. Atlassian is notorious for offering limited free plans and then to add the 1 user that puts you over the limit is a huge cost. So knowing this before hand would be great. The free offerings are great for monitoring my home server and services. The status page looks nice and the integration with the free Freshping monitoring is very handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allows incidents and scheduled mainenance to be easily presented, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Direct integrations for notifications would be more convenient (e.g. posting a message in our internal Google Chat) but with a little code and the webhooks we should be able to get something works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is so easy to setup and use.

It is clean and simple not just for internal use but for our clients as well.

Would strongly recommend every company should use something like this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm a New User to FreshStatus product line. I like what I see so far. Just trying to iron out a few issues here and there but nothing deal-breaking as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am familiar with the freshstatus tool, but we use freshping and it is very useful for monitoring because it is simple to configure and I have now integrated with freshstatus to test it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the integration with Freshping, so my status pages refresh automatically. It's great that our clients can subscribe to updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
