Manage Incidents and communicate status updates in realtime with your teams and customers. New features in Freshstatus 3.0 include: 1. Authenticate users with SSO/SAML : Setup SSO for your team so they can access their Private status page with their company credentials. 2. API for CRUD Incident and Scheduled Maintenance, Incident updates. 3. Quick Service Status Change: Change service status without creating an Incident or Scheduled Maintenance. 4. Customise your Email Alerts: On popular demand, now you can customize the “from” & “reply-to” email addresses and DKIM settings. You can also change the look & feel of these emails along with its content. 5. Subscriber Alerts with RSS/ATOM - Get update notifications as RSS/ATOM feed. 6. Webhook Integrations - Subscribers can set up their own Webhook integrations to connect with any channel they like and receive regular updates. 7. Follow an Incident: Your end users have the option to follow a particular Incident or Scheduled Maintenance of the service that affects them the most. 8. Dynamic Date and Time : Status page will now show Date and Time based on the user’s Browser settings. Freshstatus allows you to setup unlimited services, Incidents and Maintenance updates and lets you have up to 250 subscribers, 5 users & unlimited internal team members.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

That it is very simple to use, it is very reliable and I can always count on it incase I need to let my customers know what is going on. 10/10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

I don't like that they removed the feature where you can select if it has an Outage without creating an incident. I also don't like that they don't have any themes to really choose from. Although the customizable CSS makes up for it. Still 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many more positives than negatives; an API is the only feature Freshstatus is missing. An API would allow our custom software to interact with Freshstatus easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freshstatus notifications system and status page allow ease of mind for our support team. Having that automatic tool for notifying customers of unexpected server downtime or other issues removes the need for several hundred unnecessary support tickets and prevents our support system from being overwhelmed during incidents. I really like the simple integration with Freshping, making it easy to monitor outages and automatically inform clients what's going on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The signup system is clunky. If you just had one Freshworks account for all services then it would be easier, but instead you create a new one for each service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had no means of keeping our customers informed of outages, unless one of our system administrators happened to be on hand to deliver the news. Now, we know that Freshstatus is immediately informing our clients of outages, so they know that we know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
