Authenticate users with SSO/SAML : Setup SSO for your team so they can access their Private status page with their company credentials. 2. API for CRUD Incident and Scheduled Maintenance, Incident updates. 3. Quick Service Status Change: Change service status without creating an Incident or Scheduled Maintenance. 4. Customise your Email Alerts: On popular demand, now you can customize the “from” & “reply-to” email addresses and DKIM settings. You can also change the look & feel of these emails along with its content. 5. Subscriber Alerts with RSS/ATOM - Get update notifications as RSS/ATOM feed. 6. Webhook Integrations - Subscribers can set up their own Webhook integrations to connect with any channel they like and receive regular updates. 7. Follow an Incident: Your end users have the option to follow a particular Incident or Scheduled Maintenance of the service that affects them the most. 8. Dynamic Date and Time : Status page will now show Date and Time based on the user’s Browser settings. Freshstatus allows you to setup unlimited services, Incidents and Maintenance updates and lets you have up to 250 subscribers, 5 users & unlimited internal team members.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

It's relatively intuitive and simple to use, was very little effort to get set-up and running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

Lack of options in customisation, you're really stuck with the one setup - for instance we would like to place a lot more emphasis on maintenance notifications, however we can only have them where FreshStatus has them setup.

They also make you jump through hoops like writing this review before you can use certain features. Quite a few hoops, actually. It's kind of a pain. They also don't have options currently to pay to remove these hoops, so you don't really have a choice but to go through them and do things like write this review in order to fully use the product.

It's actually really, really annoying and almost enough to push me to literally any other product. In fact I likely will if there are any more hoops they make me jump through or the embedding widget isn't amazing after all of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freshstatus by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a Status page, and FreshDesk doesn't allow you to add in additional pages, like say a Status page. We could theoretically have it somewhere else and embed it, though, which is what we're trying to do - and I'm assuming we will get that benefit once able to embed it.

However, in order to get the widget to find out I have to do this little review dance - then maybe they'll let me use the embedding widget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customization of service components specific to our SaaS platform. We like the automatic email notifications to the users that subscribe to our status page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have switched from Salesforce.com to Freshworks. We utilize Freshdesk, Freshsales, Freshchat, Freshcaller, Freshstatus, Freshrelease, and Freshping. The Freshworks platform has increased our productivity and improved internal communications. What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

With this amazing free service I am able to share the status of my website and applications with my customers. The one thing that I love about fresh status is that I am able to create professional status pages with freshping integrations.

The upgraded package can be a little pricey, however that's only required for larger businesses. When adding a custom domain SSL does not always work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freshstatus is missing some integrations found in other flagship products. It is also missing some subscriber features, like RSS and SMS out-of-the-box. What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

I like the integration with Freshping. I am able to setup each of my client's websites in Freshping and create rules in Freshstatus that alert me if there are problems. My clients can quickly access my status page from my website and subscribe to receive notifications of downtime and incident resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshstatus by Freshworks?

I don't have any dislikes about this service. I was hoping they would add the ability to embed the status on a webpage and they have recently added that functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using freshstatus for my company for over 2 months now and I love the fact of how much you get in their free plan. You get so many features in the free plan. I would say the best part of the free plan is the way they group each service. I think this is unique compared to other companies that offer similar services.
