Freshworks is an amazing suite of customer service tools that have amazing features, customization, branding, and a crack professional team of account managers that are there to help you. They all have free service plans and free trials of their highest level plans. Freshping in particular has a lot of amazing integrations (like all freshworks products) that alert you through any of these methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their account managers can be a little pushy but they are still very helpful. Just be careful with which settings you enable for notifications because once you turn them on your mailbox and phone and various apps will start blowing up with alerts! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
