The platform is not clunky like how Quickbooks can be. It's simple and user-friendly, but sophisticated enough that the features do provide you with a way to do everything you need. I use it just to track spending, but it's a big job b/c I have multiple accounts and credit cards so it allows me to see it all in one place. Also, the yearly reporting is helpful for my CPA. I want to be able to call immediately and talk to someone on the phone but they want you to email instead which drives me nuts. With every update they keep REMOVING features, gatekeeping and charging more for others.
They remove payment gateways, force updates, REQUIRE you to use their payment gateway, "accidently have bugs" in their system that make you lose clients stored payment information and overall simply just make life very MISERABLE.
