Frends Pros and Cons

A robust platform, easy to start and helps to learn advanced features, visual, browser-based is easy for teams and documentation because you can chat and document process and instance URLs. Frends company also has good quality and friendly services for customers. Consultation and guidance have been excellent quality and have been crucial to be able to make needed integration tasks. Earlier Google searches don't give much answers to technical issues but it has been getting better. I guess the platform has not been so widely used for that but it seems that is changing. Also browser ChatGPP etc. AI prompting is giving better answer lately. Not yet Ai inside Frends but it is coming with published versio 6.0. Looking forward to use that. Frends license based pricing helps us to scale in our company, with flat pricing based on tenants we are able to automate small and medium tasks easily. The most helpful feature in Frends is the visualization of you autiomation pipeline. It is also quite easy to transfer files between systems using Frends. It is also possible to integrate your own custom apps into the pipeline quite easily. I have integrated our own Java app and it was no brainer to integrate that. The use of environment variables is a bit annoying. Don't take me wrong here, you can do a lot with them, but user experience is not optimal with the environment variables.
