## Frends Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Integration Tool with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Frends?**

I love how powerful Frends is. It offers good performance and uptime, which are crucial for our needs. I appreciate the easiness of creating processes and integrations, especially since we work with BPMN processes. This makes it much easier for IT and business stakeholders to collaborate. Monitoring is also straightforward; it’s easy to follow up and see the progress of processes and schedule processes. Additionally, the initial setup of Frends was very easy, and that's a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

I want more and better possibilities for testing processes or parts of processes. Frends has them on their roadmap but at 0% progression. We currently have to finalize a flow and run it as a permanent process instead of being able to run a flow while developing.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Frends for integration between shared services and local systems. It gives me an overview of all systems and integrations, which I didn't have before. The platform is powerful, with good performance and uptime, making process creation and monitoring easy and collaborative.

  ### 2. Effortless Integration with Superior Debugging

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riika A. | Integration Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

I use Frends for all our integration needs because it offers an easy and modern way to integrate with any kind of endpoint. I love the superior error handling and debugging features; building sufficient error handling was very time consuming with our previous integration platform, but now it requires almost no time at all. Good debugging helps in error situations and aids in development. It's also very user friendly. I appreciate that they keep the system modern by adding new features, like AI helpers, which are useful for adding custom code. Setting up Frends was quite easy, practically just running installation wizards, and I really appreciate that.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

I wish I could ask AI which Frends process or task does some specific action, e.g. which process(es) write into specific DB table or so on.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frends offers an easy and modern way to integrate with any endpoint, with great error handling and debugging features. It saves us time on error handling compared to our previous platform.

  ### 3. Streamlined API Integration with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jussi A.

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Frends?**

I've found that once we got used to Frends, it became quite easy to build integrations. I particularly like how we can expose an API or call other systems using ready-made tasks provided by Frends. It's definitely much easier to use these ready-made tasks than having to code everything from scratch. The presence of these tasks in the Frends library really helps make the process smoother, and the more tasks available, the easier it becomes.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

I find that you still need to know C# and JSON pretty well, so it's not no code platform. It's not even the lowest low code platform. I would appreciate needing less coding. The UI looks quite good but is very basic and even naive in some cases. For example, when you change the name of a variable, you have to change it everywhere manually. It would be nice if changing it once applied everywhere automatically. Also, the UI is all black and white by default, and while you can set colors, it would be nice if different tasks and UI elements were colored differently by default. Many basic UI things could be improved.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Frends to build integrations from source systems to our financial ERP, like invoices from source systems to ERP and from ERP to the invoice operator, making it a gateway for financial data handling.

  ### 4. Frends: Powerful in Practice, with Tradeoffs to Consider

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Frends?**

UI / UX
The user interface is functional, clear, and relatively easy to understand. It strikes a good balance between simplicity and capability, allowing integrations to be built without excessive complexity. However, when processes grow larger, navigation and readability can become slightly challenging, especially with more advanced logic spread across multiple nodes.

Integrations
Frends is a capable integration platform and supports a wide range of use cases. Based on experience, it handles various APIs and systems (such as Intune, Autotask, Zabbix, and others) quite well. That said, more complex or non-standard customer environments often require custom logic and deeper technical work—meaning it’s not always a “plug-and-play” solution.

Performance
Performance has been solid overall. Even larger datasets and more demanding integrations have run efficiently, and execution times are generally reliable. Some challenges have appeared with very large customer environments, where data needs occasional cleanup or optimization, but nothing fundamentally limiting.

Pricing / ROI
Frends is not a low-cost solution. Each integration adds to the overall cost, and AI-related features consume credits, which can accumulate quickly. While the platform delivers value through automation and centralization, cost awareness is necessary—especially during development and testing phases where AI usage can increase expenses without directly generating ROI.

Support / Onboarding
Support has been fast and generally effective. Responses are helpful and issues are addressed quickly. However, a notable downside is that some previously free or basic support inquiries may become chargeable without clear upfront communication, which can be frustrating from a customer perspective.

AI / Intelligence
The AI features are useful, particularly in assisting with integration design, scripting, and troubleshooting. They can speed up development and provide helpful suggestions. However, since usage is tied to AI credits, it can discourage experimentation and iterative development. This limits the practical usefulness of AI in day-to-day work, especially in early development stages.

Overall
Frends is a capable and flexible integration platform that can handle a wide variety of scenarios effectively. It performs well and provides solid tooling for building integrations. However, it is not entirely “ready out of the box” for more complex environments—customization is often required. Additionally, pricing and AI usage costs should be carefully considered when planning long-term usage.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Support should be more transparent and customer-oriented, especially before introducing billing. There have been cases where assistance was provided, and only afterward a charge was issued—without any prior notice that the support would be billable.

This kind of approach can feel unexpected and reduces trust. It would be better if any potential costs were clearly communicated in advance, allowing customers to make informed decisions before accepting support.

Frends does provide AI-based support, which works reasonably well for general guidance. Personal assistance is also available via email, which is a positive aspect. However, there is still an expectation that a certain level of support could be included as part of an active customer relationship.

From both a customer and vendor perspective, ensuring accessible and helpful support without immediate billing would likely lead to higher satisfaction and stronger long-term collaboration.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frends helps us solve the challenge of integrating multiple systems that do not naturally communicate with each other. In our case, this includes platforms like Intune, Autotask, Zabbix, LibreNMS, WithSecure, and ITGlue. Without a centralized integration layer, maintaining consistent and up-to-date data across these systems would require significant manual work or custom point-to-point solutions.

With Frends, we are able to automate data synchronization, such as keeping user and device information aligned between systems, enriching existing records, and identifying discrepancies (e.g., missing or outdated devices). It also allows us to build logic for handling edge cases, which is important in real-world customer environments where data is often incomplete or inconsistent.

Another key benefit is visibility and control. We can create processes that not only move data but also validate it, generate alerts, and trigger actions like ticket creation when issues are detected. This improves operational reliability and reduces the need for manual monitoring.

Overall, the main benefit is efficiency. Tasks that would otherwise take hours of manual work or complex scripting can be automated and maintained in a centralized platform. This reduces errors, saves time, and allows us to scale integration work across multiple customers more effectively.

**Official Response from ASMAA HINAWI:**

  ### 5. Solid iPaaS with great visibility and a strong reuse model

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Frends?**

The visual process designer is a standout feature. It lets you understand the full integration flow at a glance, which makes onboarding new team members much easier. At the same time, C# expressions are available wherever you need them, so you’re never boxed in by the platform when the logic becomes more complex.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Technical support can be limited. Response times are sometimes slow, and it can be difficult to get detailed guidance on more complex or edge-case integration scenarios.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Frends to connect multiple systems across our operations. The biggest practical benefit has been speed: once the core patterns are in place, adding new integrations or adapting existing ones is significantly faster than building everything from scratch.

  ### 6. Many options to build different integrations with full logging and changelog

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Frends?**

I like the graphical development tool in Frends, which allows me to design and build integrations iteratively while focusing on business needs instead of technical details. I especially appreciate the clear structure and manageability the graphical development tool provides, making it easy to oversee and maintain complex integrations.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

While Frends works very well, I sometimes find it more natural to discuss integration needs interactively with tools like Gemini or ChatGPT when solving complex scenarios. One area for improvement could be adding a more interactive, canvas-style development experience similar to the new ChatGPT or Gemini tools. This would make it even more natural to explore and design integrations in a conversational, iterative way.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frends helps us manage complex integrations by centralizing development, monitoring, and maintenance, letting us focus on business logic instead of integration complexity.

  ### 18. Frends lets us integrate anything with anything — at true enterprise scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wojciech P. | Lead Enterprise Architect (EA) , Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

With Frends, we’ve built hundreds of integrations and automations — covering everything from lead-to-cash processes to complex ERP workflows. We've connected systems like Salesforce, Stripe, Microsoft Business Central/NAV, Strapi, Elasticsearch, and more. It serves not just as our integration engine, but also as the backend logic layer for many of our products.

The ability to integrate anything with everything, using standard BPMN and DMN, makes the platform incredibly transparent, fast to learn, and easy to manage across teams. The low-code visual flows are clean and readable, which speeds up development and reduces the need for deep technical ramp-up.

Frends combines the speed and clarity of low-code with enterprise-grade power, security, and DevOps readiness. Thanks to Frends, we’ve significantly reduced time to market and simplified what used to be fragile or hard-coded point-to-point connections.

Built-in API management, observability, and automation features make it a central piece of our architecture — and the support from the Frends team has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Minor UI limitations appear when working with very large or deeply nested flows, and the DMN editor could benefit from better inline validation. But nothing that slows us down — and improvements are coming fast.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Frends, we were facing the classic spaghetti integration problem — point-to-point connections, inconsistent logic, and poor visibility. It slowed us down, made scaling difficult, and introduced unnecessary risk.

With Frends, we’ve transitioned to a clean, service-oriented architecture with standardized business APIs, a shared canonical data model, and centralized integration logic. Instead of duplicating effort or relying on fragile connectors, we now build reusable, well-documented processes that support everything from ERP and CRM to custom services and e-commerce platforms.

This shift has brought clarity, speed, and control. Integrations are faster to build, easier to maintain, and consistent across the organization. We’ve gained not only time-to-market advantages, but also long-term architectural quality — enabling us to scale with confidence.

The low-code visual interface makes it easy to see all the workflows and integrations, especially for non-technical users. The implementation of the software was also easy, as we operate it for a few customers and the recent Automation Portal is welcomed (still to be adopted).

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

The documentation could be better, especially for the starters and the AI capabilities are sufficient for now, but should be upgraded in the following months. Also, it would be nice to have more tasks and connectors for pre-default integrations.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frends helps us simplify complex system integrations for our customers, especially those in public sector and manufacturing, by connecting legacy and modern systems in one integration platform.

For example, we recently used Frends to connect a customer’s ERP, CRM, and invoice processing tools into a single automated workflow. What used to take manual work and multiple handovers now happens in minutes, with full visibility and error handling.

  ### 25. Easy to use and learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Frends?**

As a visual person I really enjoy using Frends. Monitoring is simple and it allows also non-technical people an easy access to process results. Building integrations between different systems is super simple and easy with Frends. Also, the product has come a long way in just a few years and I'm looking forward to what the future will bring!

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

I think Frends is lacking a community where one can look for help regarding problems that aren't easy to solve. Since it's a visual representation of the code and processes, debugging is not always the easiest as everything the Frends team deem irrelevant to the user is hidden.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All new integrations and APIs are built through Frends, which makes monitoring and problem solving easy. And reusing already built processes is fast and simple. This means monitoring is centralized and the visual UI also provides people outside of our IT team the opportunity to stay on top of things.

  ### 26. A multi-functional integration tool

Limited amount of libraries and not so mobile user friendly.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The logs make pinpointing errors easier.

  ### 27. Easy to Learn and Fun to Use

  ### 28. Effortless and User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Simpliness of the whole process subprocess thinking.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Documentation. Missing major features like pasting images and charts like mermaid

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connevting customer services to other customer services. Frends makes it fairly easy.

  ### 29. Easy to use and reliable integration platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paavo J. | Software development manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Short learning curve if you are familiar with any programming language. Reliable platform and if you put any consideration on error handling most of the integrations are "launch and forget".

I've used it for very complex integrations and to fix messed up data from business systems. But I've never run out of optons or functions with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

If you hadn't chaged your pricing system I would have given 10 out of 10 points. Now 20% of development time goes into optimizing licensing costs.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fully automated and real time business system integration.

  ### 30. Frends iPaaS review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

The most helpful feature in Frends is the visualization of you autiomation pipeline. It is also quite easy to transfer files between systems using Frends. It is also possible to integrate your own custom apps into the pipeline quite easily. I have integrated our own Java app and it was no brainer to integrate that.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

The use of environment variables is a bit annoying. Don't take me wrong here, you can do a lot with them, but user experience is not optimal with the environment variables.

Some of the components could be even more easier to use. I would also like a support for another programming language besides C#.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a platform where I can execute few of my automation pipelines.

  ### 31. Frends integration platform review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Partially self-documenting integration processes, reusable subprocesses, API management is very straightforward compared to Azure APIM, a plethora of ready made tasks to use straight-out-of-the-box.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

The GUI othen times feels a little restrictive especially with expression logic, popups that obscure panels and not having a direct route to see source code for debugging purposes etc. For more demanding integrations, I'm wondering why choose Frends platform as opposed to custom implementations on Azure as the need for external services (e.g. Service Bus, fan-out..) would have to be implemented elsewhere -> connecting Frends.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm utilising Frends for integration development based on customer needs e.g. I'm using the platform as opposed to custom Azure implementations.

  ### 32. It's powerful and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Frends?**

The copy-paste functionality and subprocesses make scalability and reusability easy and user-friendly. The low code approach overall is excellent, you can create complicated solutions with a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Frends is focused more on A2A, it would have been nice to have more B2B functionality out of the box. One example could be validations for common EDI standards.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we define a need, Frends helps us automate data flow and brings value to our end users by saving time doing manual/repetitive tasks.

  ### 33. Frends users thoughts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heikki L. | Front office team leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

It's clear and easy to use. Works great between multiple APIs. Quick log on and loading times.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Digging deeper to find some specific data can be a pain, if user doesn't know where the values are represented.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If a certain data hasn't been moving between APIs, Frends is a tool to resend the data and also to check where the problems lay.

  ### 34. Low code iPaas

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Easy to use every day.
low entry to start projects, easy to develop new stuff and finishing projects is easy. Easy to move between dev-test-prod.
Customer support very helpful!

Copying processes and making templates makes things faster.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Some fields are in effect eventhough they are not visible or not chosen to be applicable to the process, this brakes the process and error messages are usually very cryptic and you have to hunt down or get very lucky to find the culprit(s).

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

low to no-code approach to creating integrations made easy

  ### 35. Wonderful iPaaS Solution.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Its ease of use, easy UX/CX, Low-code no code integrations, fast, up and running in quite fast. Easy overlook of all types of integrations created in the system architecture (API vs On-prem processes). Future development, cross-plattform support and AI-pilot-/agent support in near future.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Nothing cricital to mention. Most function are there for me to use in my everyday work.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an iPaaS-solutions where all of our different API and-/or integration processed are all connected to and through one plattform. This towards all third-party and dependent systems in our IT-environment.

  ### 36. Easy to create and upkeep integrations.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Speed of development, automatic version control.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Testing should be possible without deployment and overall more streamlined. Logging is awful, especially when there's large amount of instances running.

Documentation is never up to date.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations between incompatible systems.

  ### 37. OMG So super sweet, almost candy

The ultimate best way to handle company integrations

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Lack of dark, yes I know it is coming...

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one package. Super easy to create APIs and handle internal sqls and dq

  ### 38. Powerful tool to automate stuff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harri G. | Kehityspäällikkö, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

The robustness and ease of finding errors. Also the customer support from HiQ is really good.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Working with C# is hard if you don't know it :)

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting systems that do not have proper API's or any multistep integrations.

  ### 39. Excellent!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Easy to use, low code make it easy to explain to less code savvy coworkers, the UI is sleek and modern looking

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

I haven't needed the customer service myself, but I have heard from coworkers it can take a minute.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our compnay has many different digital systems and Frends works as a connection to link everything together

  ### 40. Detailed integrations and effective data processing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Thorough and comprehensive, easy to understand integration architecture even for complex scenarios

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Implementations and testing can take long time at first stage

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous point to point integrations implemented to easy to understand platform and into a systematic architecture

  ### 41. Versatile and powerful iPaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joona A. | Digital Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Frends has easy-to-use and user friendly user interface. I like the visuality of Frends. Frends gives me the possibility to concentrate on building integrations and not worry about how to use the platform itself. Frends also provides good amount of webinars and other helpful material. I also like that I know they will help us if we need any help using Frends.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

To be honest I haven't really found anything I dislike in Frends. But on the other hand I have not used any other integration platforms. However I have read a lot positive reviews about Frends and have made comparisons based on the features and materials shown online.

I would like to have possibilty to "ackowledge all errors" on multiple processes at one. If there is a problem with SFTP server or something like that, there will be multiple errors in multiple processes and it takes too much time to check them all separately.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frends helps us to transfer certain files and information from several different source systems to other systems and vice versa. One of the most important aspects of that is doing it securely. Frends also gives us necessary monitoring tools that keeps us up to date with our integrations.

  ### 42. Frends can really shorten the time to market and bring value faster

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jere K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Frends?**

The most I like about Frends is the people of course but what comes to the platform it is easy to use and operative. It doesn't take many skills to be able to create integrations and business processes with it. It can really bring value faster if used properly.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

As the company is still quite small (compared to their competitors) they are quite heavily focusing on growth at the moment instead of building new features.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Frends mostly as our integration layer between our business applications and external services. It consists of both APIs and fully/semi-automated business processes.

With Frends we were able to recude our technology dept quite drastically by replacing old legacy integrations. Also we have noticed the speed of development is much faster in this platform and it is easier to manage the integrations from more centralized place.

  ### 43. Developing integrations using Frends

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Nice tools to view the processes and especially the instances "runs" with ability to see the values of variables, task results and such.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Sometimes while developing its hard to find errors. Especially when i started it was hard (the explanations were vague). Nowdays it easier because i have learned to develop in a certain way and also have better ability to guess what the error could be.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating different softwares to work together.

  ### 44. Fast and easy to learn platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Frends enables us to easily create and implement new integrations with pre-made tasks, while still allowing to use more complex design and logic when it is needed.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

I would like the monitoring tools to be more diverse and easier to use.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows to create integrations, which can be scaled up to multiple users very easily. This saves a lot of time and resources

  ### 45. Great compelling alternative for shared architecture solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilkka R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Frends?**

Low-code integrations that function seamlessly across various private and public clouds, while retaining shared functionalities, stand out as a significant advantage of Frends. Quick customer support, direct engagement with the sales team, wide open documentation and regular integration reviews will contribute to revenue growth and guarantee high-quality products.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Currently, certain features lack support for non-Windows environments. Enhancing built-in capabilities, for instance, facilitating smoother integrations with external invoicing systems or providing robust tools for analyzing big data from integrations, could significantly improve overall functionality and utility.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Develop integrations for organizations that operate products across various private and public clouds. Introduce new features to products through swiftly creatable integrations. Enable non-technical users to build integrations with ease.

  ### 46. Well performing and stable iPaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antti M. | manager of digital services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Frends?**

The best thing about Frends is the background of the product being in Finland. They offer good security and a very well scalable product. The customer support is also always there to help you out and they offered a good amount of help during the implementation phase.

We have had more and more of our customer to be integrated via Frends. We have almost been able to ditch all our home-made ETLs with Frends. And it has been an awesome ride so far! We have not had any capability issues or downtime has been pretty much close to zero. This all helps us to trust Frends, and forget about painful data integrations between different databases.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Some parts of the longer error logs you might get, when you are running processes with thousands of rows of data, are still pretty much unreadable – then again, this might be something that we could tune in our process.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frends helped us from to get rid of our own, self-made ETL processes which were not too easy to control. Our old ETL process was rather error prone and slow – Frends in the other hand is fast and reliable. These days Frends is the go-to tool for data integrations for our own software.

  ### 47. Improve your company's integrations at low costs and with a quality service.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henrique R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Frends?**

The platform has offered us over time an excellent service to visually design and optimize our integrations, since its implementation has allowed us to reduce costs in the short term which is quite positive, The API is very flexible most of the connectors are predesigned, predominantly at all times automation, I love that the total focus is in the cloud and on a low code. With the integrations we currently have improved the security of our data, the service is of high quality, and we have access to monitoring, the experience with the support team was very good they took care of guiding us through the whole process.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

It took me a while to understand the architecture of the user at first, but programming the demo was easier to interact with the entire service, the information they offer on the page for training on the use of integrations and the design of the same is very ambiguous, they should offer more complete guides, however, the support team has always answered questions and has been very attentive to us.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Among the benefits we have decided to implement Frends as a low-code integration platform, for its low costs and good performance when I read that I could design with BPMN 2.0 I took the decision immediately, at all times since its use has improved our automation, operations and above all saving costs, providing better customer service since its acquisition. Frends has given us security for our data, agility to move them, and good analysis to detect failures in our infrastructure. It has worked excellent for CRM integrations, which has made us all very happy.

  ### 48. Nice integration tool

Logging is limited. Would be nice to have logs in other formats.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good tool to integrate on-prem resources with cloud and vice versa.

  ### 49. Good software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Easy without coding experience. user interface

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

deeper integration require coding skills

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

necessary changes can be made to the materials and information security is also increased

  ### 50. Ease out your process creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pushpender k. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Frends?**

It is very easy to set up and configure. Frends helped us in our scalability problem by providing better solutions to our problems. Its highly secure and everything is encrypted on cloud so there no problem of data leak. the monitoring provided by Frends is great. we very doing a lot of maual work after integrating frends in our system we have become 60% autmated.

**What do you dislike about Frends?**

Still a very new organisation so still a lot of credibility has to be built in the community.

**What problems is Frends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use it to create difficult processes it has all the major tool for that. we used it in scalabilty project and were vey impressed. it provided us with all the solution under one roof which came in very handy for us.
