Freightpop was a game-changer for us. It gave us a vendor-neutral place we could trust to run our LTL freight quotes, using all of our accounts at once. Integration with FreightPOP is now a key requirement for any new carrier or 3PL to get our business. The increased workflow efficiency is priceless, but the freight auditing helped management move it from a "let's try it", to a "let's keep it" application. It's easy to spot when freight bills don't match quotes, and with the comprehensive history, it's just as easy to see why and correct it. Being a newer entry to the field, they are disrupting some of the larger enterprise-class incumbents (at a fraction of the price). This also means there are occasionally some bugs or quirks to work through. Their technical support staff has been amazingly responsive though. They have a fast, iterative development process.
