**What do you like best about FreeWheel Drive?**

This program has some very useful tools, if you have years to figure out how to use them. I love the link to Eleven for broadcast buys. Eleven made such a positive impact on our processes. Freewheel (strata) is almost universally used, and the support is very helpful and responsive. 

**What do you dislike about FreeWheel Drive?**

This program needs to join the rest of the world in 2019. The programmers have been making efforts to update in the past year, but the functionality is still very clunky. View is a very helpful tool for broadcast buying, but the menus and icons are unreadable hieroglyphics. SMBS is also frustrating at times due to the weird interface and very formulaic way you have to interact with everything in order for it to work. I would love to see this platform become smarter. Much better for PC than for Mac.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeWheel Drive:**

This is a product you need to be effective as a media buying service. Allow ample time to get acquainted with the ins and outs, and quirks, of the program. Do research to see if there are any other comparable programs before investing, but as far as I know this is the best out there.

Freewheel is a part of our day-to-day with media buying and planning. It's a very important part of our process from start to finish (initial planning to generating orders).

It can get glitchy and sometimes delays.
