I think the lack of a video meeting function on Freelancer.com is an aspect that needs improvement. Another negative point was when a client assigned me a project worth 1000 dollars, for which I paid a fee of 100 dollars. However, the client did not have a verified account, the project did not materialize, and Freelancer.com did not refund me, even after contacting them several times. Furthermore, the platform could improve in the categorization and sending of projects. Although I am a video specialist, many of the projects I receive nowadays are not aligned with my skills, which was not the case before. For example, I used to find more video projects at the beginning, but currently, I receive suggestions for areas and projects that do not interest me or in which I have no expertise.
