Despite it being a cloud based system - I have never felt constrained about the functionality that is required for my processes. The user configuration, functional access system and the intuitive data architecture design enables - multi location / multi business seamlessly. I would rate this as best in class for a small and medium scale manufacturing or trading business. **What do you dislike about Freedom ERP?** The area where I would like to see improvement / upgrade is providing us with more clarity on the long term data back up and archival process. In addition we also would request for a more formal handling the legal aspects of non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality.
