I have a few favorites: 1) Once a call is locked, nobody else can join. No late comers allowed. 2) I like the breakout rooms so that there can be more than one conversation going on in the meeting. 3) I like that I have my own dial-in number, access code, host PIN, and playback number that stay the same. **What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?** I have had trouble figuring out what was said when a recording is played back, especially if somebody gets interrupted, or spoken over. The playback isn't always the most clear, but if you don't need to refer back to the conference call that isn't an issue. This problem could be user error, caused by not speaking into the microphone, perhaps? If it is a small group, we don't have the issues. As soon as it reaches above about 30, then the problems start. We contacted them. They told us to use a certain number that has less traffic, so we tried that. It didn't work. We contacted them again. They gave us a "Premium" number and we still ended up having the same issue. The call was cutting in and out constantly to the point we had to cancel it and will need to reschedule and we will need to use another company because our paying participants are not happy this keeps happening. Freeconference allows its users to share videos, presentations and links which is a good feature to make the meetings flow quite smoothly. Standard features are free but that is really all you need. Freeconference is free to use by registering for an account (that is also for free) without the need of any special equipment. **What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?** There is actually not anything I dislike with it. It could use some minor upgrades (based solely on my preference) for a more efficient use of this service. For example, being able to save individuals to a group would be beneficial as I would just select the group to invite to my call anytime I have a reoccurring meeting rather than to have to manually select each individual to invite. **What problems is FreeConference.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving group communication issues. It is hard to have meetings. It is even harder to have meetings with multiple individuals who are located all over the world. They have paid service, where you can get 800 numbers and present your brand through their website. But we are blown away by the rich feature set, the ease of use and the quality of the conferencing experience. To be honest, FreeConference.com provided as good or better an experience as tools like WebEx, GoToMeeting, Skype and others. We didn't expect this at all. Screen sharing, video streaming, and audio feed were all top notch, and easy to use for even the most technically challenged. Thoroughly exceeded our expectations. **What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?** Nothing. Quite simply, everything was intuitive and worked perfectly. Despite never having used the service before, I had a multi-party conference call set-up instantly, with video, screen sharing, document sharing, etc., and the user experience, for all involved, was flawless. **Recommendations to others considering FreeConference.com:** While I can't speak to the paid version of the tool, if the free version is any indication I would not hesitate recommending FreeConference.com to non-profits, start-ups and small businesses with limited resources but extensive conferencing needs.
