I obviously like that it is free. While the free option may not have all the bells and whistles, it does have enough to raise a flag on something that may be fraud to which you can then do your own investigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that it occasionally flags some orders as potential fraud due to common things such as payment type or if the person who placed the order used a VPN.
