Hey, thanks for the feedback! We’d love to hear more about why you can’t view every transaction. If you are on a Fraud.net team, your admin may segment you to only have access to a subset of transactions.

Are there transactions you need access to that you are unable to see? Also, perhaps the time frame you are using to view transactions is set to a smaller window.

If that's the case, in the top right corner of the portal, you can adjust the time frame to a larger range to view more transactions.

Thanks for your feedback! This is something we are working on as a q2 objective, many of the portal updates do reflect in real time. What do you like best about Fraud.net?

The ability to "Trust" and "Not Trust" emails is my favorite feature for sure. This allows me to sort fraudulent senders from trusted ones and I love that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fraud.net?

I felt like the risk scores were sometimes a little deceiving or misinterpreted. Sometimes I did not understand why a certain risk score was given to a certain email. I felt like that section needs more feedback to give to the users as to why something is scored a certain way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just a long list of usernames. If I need to find and manage a particular user, I have to use the browser's search function rather than an in-app user search, which is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
