## Framer Reviews
 ### 1. The fastest way from idea to live site

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhijeet S. | Web Designer & Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I've used Framer for client websites for a while now, and the biggest win is that I can design and publish from the same canvas, so there's no handoff to a developer and no second tool to learn. The interface feels like Figma, which made it easy to pick up — layers, frames, and auto-layout work the way I expect, and breakpoints are visual, so responsive design is much quicker than writing media queries. The CMS is simple to set up and connects with Google Sheets and Airtable, so I don't need a backend, and forms, analytics, and SEO tools plug in without much setup. Performance is strong out of the box — sites load fast, images are optimized for me, and Lighthouse scores are good without extra work, so I never have to think about hosting or caching. On pricing, the paid plans feel fair for client work: one site costs less than hiring a developer for the same build, the free plan is enough to test ideas, and the real ROI is time saved — I ship in days instead of weeks, which means I can take on more projects without hiring help. Support and onboarding are solid too, with clear docs, active forums, and quick live chat, and clients can edit CMS text without breaking the design, which saves a lot of back-and-forth. The AI features are useful for first drafts of layouts and copy — I use them to get past a blank page and then refine by hand, so they're not ready for final design decisions but they save time at the start. Overall, Framer has replaced two or three tools in my workflow and cut my build time in half.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

My main frustration with Framer is the code component side — once you go past the no-code features, the learning curve gets steep, and the docs for custom components aren't as deep as the basic tutorials, so I often end up piecing things together from forum posts. The CMS is solid now that cross-references are supported, but it still lacks proper roles and permissions, which makes it hard to hand off to clients with multiple editors who each need different access. Performance is good on small sites, but I've noticed pages with heavy animations or many CMS items can slow down in the editor, even if the published site runs fine — a lighter editor mode would help. Pricing is fair per site, but it adds up quickly when you manage several client projects, and a studio plan that bundles multiple sites at a lower per-site cost would make a real difference for agencies and freelancers. The AI features feel early — they're good for first drafts but often produce generic layouts that don't match a brand, and I'd like more control over style and tone before generating, maybe by pointing the AI at an existing page as a style reference. Lastly, exporting a site out of Framer isn't really possible, so you're locked into their hosting, which makes some clients nervous about long-term ownership. None of these are dealbreakers, but better permissions, clearer pricing for agencies, and a deeper code layer would make Framer feel complete.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Framer, I worked in Figma for design and then handed files off to a developer to build, which meant every project had two timelines, two tools, and a lot of back-and-forth on small details like spacing, hover states, and responsive behavior — a simple landing page often took two to three weeks from design to launch. With Framer, I design and publish from the same canvas, so a landing page now takes two to four days, and a full marketing site takes one to two weeks instead of a month or more. This has cut my build time by around half and lets me take on more client work without hiring a developer for every project. The CMS solves a second problem — clients used to email me text changes that I'd pass to a developer, but now they edit copy and swap images themselves without breaking the design, which saves me a few hours of small fixes every week. Performance was another pain point on older stacks where I'd spend time optimizing images and chasing Lighthouse scores, but Framer handles that automatically, so I ship sites that score well without extra work. The biggest benefit overall is that I can move from idea to live site in the same week, which means faster feedback from clients, fewer rounds of revision, and projects that close in days instead of months. For a small studio or freelancer, that change in speed directly translates to more revenue per month and less time spent managing handoffs.

 ### 2. A powerful design-to-web tool that bridges creativity and code

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhileep K. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Framer makes transforming design concepts into interactive prototypes and production-ready websites remarkably straightforward. Its drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and the option to incorporate custom code provides valuable flexibility when needed. What I appreciate most is how quickly I can publish and share live projects, all without the need for external hosting.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

The real-time collaboration and responsive design features have saved me a significant amount of time. Being able to design, test, and launch everything within a single platform means I don't have to constantly switch between different tools, which really streamlines my workflow and helps me work more efficiently.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer allows me to efficiently design and publish responsive websites without the need for a separate developer handoff. By merging design and coding tools into a single platform, it eliminates the hassle of switching between different applications. This not only saves me time and minimizes mistakes, but also enables me to launch projects more quickly. As a solo creator, I find it to be a significant boost to my productivity.

 ### 3. Great for shipping interactive sites without engineering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sakshi S. | UX Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Framer?**

What I like most about Framer is how quickly you can go from idea to a polished, live website. The interaction and animation capabilities are incredibly smooth, and it’s one of the few tools where the final output actually feels production-quality without needing a developer. The design-to-publish flow is fast, and small details like responsive behavior, hover states, and micro-interactions are easy to set up. It’s especially great for designers who want control over motion and layout without writing code.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

The learning curve can be steep, especially if you’re coming from tools like Figma and expecting it to behave the same way. Some layout and responsiveness concepts take time to fully understand, and it can feel unintuitive at first. It’s also not ideal for complex, content-heavy sites or workflows that require a lot of CMS customization. Pricing can be a bit high for personal projects, which might be a barrier if you’re just experimenting or building small sites.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer solves the gap between design and development by letting designers build interactive, high-quality websites without handing everything off to engineering. Instead of static mockups or limited no-code tools, it enables you to create something that’s very close to a real product experience. For me, the biggest benefit is speed and control. I can ship quickly, test ideas live, and maintain design quality without compromising on interactions or responsiveness.

 ### 4. Framer Makes Building Beautiful Websites Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Framer?**

What I like best about Framer is how simple and fast it is to use. You can create nice websites quickly, and everything feels smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

What I dislike about Framer is that some advanced features can be a bit limited, and it may take time to learn certain parts if you want to go further.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save time

 ### 5. Framer Makes Website Design Easy, Fast, and SEO-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit K. | Website Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Framer?**

It’s easy to design a website with Framer. The tools are straightforward, and the content management system is very powerful while still being easy to use. Framer also provides excellent SEO tools through plugins. Overall, websites made on Framer are very fast and well optimized.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

Framer has a limited number of prebuilt templates, and the pricing feels a bit high—especially if you need to upgrade your hosting or move to a higher plan.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer is a no-code tool for designers who want to build a website quickly, even when time is limited. It’s also easy to learn, and designing with Framer feels straightforward and efficient.

 ### 6. Effortless Design-to-Live Websites Conversion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket . | Product Designer

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I like how Framer has presented the articles, libraries, components, templates, and all the knowledge about the platform. It's very well documented and well placed within the environment, which I really appreciate. The most important part for me is the components of the framework. Framer's open library allows me to tweak components as per my requirements, which is really helpful. It also lets me easily tweak templates to create live websites. I find the learning curve with Framer much easier than with other design tools. Also, the initial setup was very easy for me because it has a similar interface to Figma, which I'm familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

Basically, maybe the complexity of the interface is something that can be improved. And also yeah. I mean, the complexity of the interface, that is something which needs a little bit of work. But other than that, it looks good for me.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer helps me convert Figma designs into live websites, solving my problem of not being able to take designs live. I like its library, which lets me tweak components and templates easily, making Framer's learning curve simpler than other design tools.

 ### 7. Changing the world of web design!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco M. | Innovation & Digital Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

With Framer, we were able to bring in-house the entire website and landing pages component. We went from a 200k+ project managed by an agency to a subscription that we are absolutely happy to pay for. Easy to use if you're a designer, extremely fast to implement if you're a developer, it integrates perfectly with our internal tools, and on the enterprise plan, you get a dedicated Slack channel for support. Impressive SEO management and optimization - it allowed us to scale visits by 80% compared to the old installation. Almost 100% satisfied!

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

The pain points, as far as I'm concerned, are all related to multilingual localization. Unfortunately, as of today, it's not possible to translate URLs, for example. You can't hide CMS content from the main localization. And it must be said that the pricing, when dealing with projects with multiple languages, becomes quite noticeable.
The team has promised me that these developments are on the roadmap, so I hope to be able to update this review leaving the cons section empty! :)

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Development speed and hand-off are completely another thing with Framer

 ### 8. How I got my first site live solo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christelle Y. | Product (UX/UI) Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I’ve been using Framer as a product designer, and it completely changed the way I build websites. Before, I always needed backend or dev support to get anything live — now I can go from idea to published site entirely on my own. That independence has been a huge shift for me.

The hosting has been super reliable, pages load quickly, and I didn’t have to worry about technical setup. SEO tools are built in, which made it easy to make my site discoverable, and connecting analytics was straightforward too. What really stood out though was the customer support — whenever I got stuck, they were fast, helpful, and honestly made me feel like I wasn’t working alone.

Overall, Framer has unlocked a new way of working for me. It’s not just about speed (though going from design to live site in days is amazing), it’s about confidence. I know I can design, build, and publish without depending on extra resources, and that’s a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that sometimes I wish Framer had a few more built-in features out of the box. As a designer, there are moments where I think, “It’d be amazing if I could just do this directly inside Framer.” But the good part is that their customer support is always open to feedback — I’ve shared ideas and felt heard, and you can see the product improving continuously.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer solves the problem of limited dev resources by letting me design, build, and launch websites on my own. It also makes it easy to quickly test SEO ideas or new features and even show junior teammates how to do it. Most importantly, it speeds up deployment — what used to take weeks now takes days or even hours.

 ### 9. Incredible power and versatility that designers can and should utilize.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark J. | Principal Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I use this thing every day and I love it. I love that I can start with nothing and publish something in nearly no time.

Framer feels like the future of product and brand design to me. Sure you can AI yourself into space and build whatever with these prompting tools, but Framer helps me go from product design prototyping and feature exploration much faster and way more robust, thorough, and real than any other design tool out there right now. Then when you're at the point where the design feels right, you can build launch/brand materials and inject your product design components in there. This means your brand design team can use the same components you're using for your product designs and you can keep your brand/marketing, documentation, and product components 1:1 with this.

Beyond this you can inject code components into already real feeling stuff, so once your product design system exists within Framer, you can build yourself a canvas and inject real code components in there and go nuts. It's a truly incredible, intuitive, and easy to use tool.

On top of that the customer support is incredible. They're so nice, helpful, and quick to respond.

They also update the product all the time and produce great documentation on the new features so there's always something to be excited about. There's not enough good stuff I can say about this product. I'm a huge fan.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

I wish it had a few nitty gritty features that only real design nerds want. Better pen tool. Advanced selection context (e.g. if I'm trying to update the interaction on multiple objects at once it's not always possible, so then you have to do a lot of manual labor and I'm not interested in that haha.)

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two different problems. 1: Product, 2: Brand.

1: Figma was awful at prototyping. Design was fine, but once it came time to produce prototypes of substantial quality, it lacked severely and made the design work not really worth doing IMO. Framer makes real prototypes that feel fast, and real—all without feeling painful.

2: The brand team has been able to take product prototypes and run with it and hit publish. We used to need a team of front end engineers to make these silly tiny changes all the time, and now that team is enabled to live their dreams on making the design feel just right which is incredible and empowering. All of that with insane speed.

 ### 10. The Perfect Website Builder for Creatives and Non-Coders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arturo M. | Senior Art Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Framer has been a game-changer for us. Uptime and hosting are excellent, and SEO works seamlessly in the background, which is a big win for a small non-profit like ours. The platform is incredibly user-friendly—after launch, it took my team less than an hour to learn how to update CMS collections, and they’ve managed it without any follow-up questions since, this talks about how easy its implementation is. Speed to market is outstanding, small updates go live instantly, without needing a developer, we use this multiple times a day! The built-in analytics, even at a glance, are helpful, and the support team is exceptional: quick responses, knowledgeable solutions, and even bug fixes within a week. Overall, the combination of ease of use, fast publishing, strong SEO, and great support makes Framer an invaluable tool. Integrating Framer to the team was as easy as 1, 2, 3, not like WordPress and other tools that are more technical.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

There’s room for improvement in a few areas, especially in the community platform, which could use stronger moderation and better handling of duplicate feature requests, with more follow-ups on popular ones.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer is solving the challenges of slow development, complicated workflows, and technical bottlenecks. Before switching from WordPress, even a simple update could take over a week and required a developer. With Framer, updates are instant—anyone on the team can publish changes without technical expertise.

The biggest benefit is speed and efficiency: one person was able to design, restructure, and launch an entire website from scratch, while the organization saw not only a smooth transition but also an increase in site traffic. Combined with excellent support and reliability, Framer allows us to focus on our mission instead of technical hurdles.

It also takes care of SEO and hosting in the background, so we don’t need to worry about the technical side. The built-in analytics provide quick insights at a glance, and the CMS is so intuitive that my team learned it in minutes and has been updating content independently ever since.

 ### 11. Best enterprise site builder out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeroen W. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Framer has been a complete game changer for our website.

We’ve gone from a slow, fragmented design-to-live process to being able to publish new pages in hours, sometimes minutes.

Launching new services, content, or updates is now fast and seamless. No more mismatches between Figma designs and the live site. And with built-in collaboration, our remote designers and content creators can work together effortlessly, all at the same time.

Being able to launch content so easily has increased our organic SEO traffic 10x since switching to Framer.

The tool itself is intuitive, backed by an active community and deep resource library. On the rare occasions we’ve needed support, the Enterprise Slack channel has been a huge asset: fast, thoughtful responses and great collaboration from the Framer team.

And one of the best parts: the Framer team ships updates like no other. We’ve been using it for 2 years now, and the product has consistently improved in ways that directly benefit our workflow. It just keeps getting better.

For example, the newly launches analytics features have unlocked a level of A/B testing velocity we’ve never had before.

Highly recommend Framer to any company that values speed, design quality, and autonomy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

Localisation can become pricey with many locales.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer eliminates the slow handoff between design and development. We can launch pages in hours, test faster, and keep full design consistency. This has helped us scale content, improve SEO traffice, and move significantly faster as a team.

 ### 12. Versatile with Top-Notch Support, Needs More Design Depth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrina S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I particularly like the ease of use with Framer, which feels familiar due to its similarities with Figma. This has made the transition and learning curve less steep, especially as our company has taken on new tasks. Even though we had minimal training, I found the software intuitive and enjoyable to use. Additionally, I genuinely appreciate the quality of support offered by Framer. Their support team is almost always available, responds quickly, and is very friendly and kind, ensuring that no question goes unresolved. This level of support makes a significant difference for our small design team, as it allows us to effectively tap into a network of existing professionals and freelancers who are already familiar with more widely-known design software. This is particularly beneficial given that our team is relatively small, and having external experts readily available is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

I find that the gradients in Framer lack a bit of depth and nuance compared to what I can achieve in Figma. This is quite specific, but it affects the subtlety of my designs. Additionally, Framer feels limited in handling images, as it doesn't offer capabilities to adjust contrast, exposure, or similar settings. This limitation has been a noticeable drawback in my experience, constraining the creative control I have over images within my projects.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Framer enhances design flexibility and connects us with professional networks, crucial for our small design team.

 ### 13. Transforming Our Workflow with Framer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ömer . | Director of UX, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Framer has empowered our designers, editors, and developers to adapt quickly and deploy their work independently with remarkable speed. It has fundamentally transformed our workflow, delivering significant improvements in both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

We also value the responsive support we receive via the Slack channel, which ensures any questions are addressed almost instantly.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

One limitation is that simultaneous edits by multiple team members cannot be deployed independently. If one person deploys before another has finished, unfinished work may go live. This creates the need for a more traditional approval process, which feels somewhat at odds with Framer’s otherwise innovative approach.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer allows us to manage the complexity of a multi-region, multi-language setup with far less effort than expected. This efficiency has been a major advantage for our team.

 ### 14. Framer makes many programs unnecessary.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natali E. | Sr. Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Our time for updating and publishing projects has significantly improved. Our colleagues working in different countries can easily clone an existing page, update its content and visuals, and publish it without any difficulty. When needed, we can also review and refine the pages they create.
We are able to manage multiple languages within the same project.

We can integrate our own code into Framer and manage our forms through API integration.

Whenever we face an issue or have a request, the support team is very helpful and approaches us with a positive attitude.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

As more pages and languages are added, performance may slow down. Using a powerful computer is required.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With its CMS feature, it removes our dependency on IT and enables countries to create their own pages independently.

 ### 15. Revolutionised Our Design Process, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinesh K.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I appreciate the no-code platform of Framer that has dramatically accelerated our design process compared to our previous manual coding methods. The presence of a library for assets is a game-changer, drastically speeding up our workflow, allowing changes to be implemented quickly across all projects, and contributing to a more attractive and effective design outcome, reflected in improved conversion results. I find Framer's ease of use particularly beneficial, especially as our designers were able to intuitively work with it due to their experience with tools like Sketch and Figma. The support from Framer’s team, especially the 1-2-1 sessions with Gizem and quick responses by the team via Slack, significantly simplified the setup process and ensured a swift onboarding. Moreover, I value how effortless it is to create and test multiple variations of our work, enhancing our ability to tackle more briefs efficiently. These aspects, combined with the platform's ease of use, robust features, and excellent support, make Framer invaluable for our operations.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

It'll be nice to see which pages are live by a marker next to each page/project.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer speeds up our design process significantly with its no-code platform and asset library, allowing us to make quick changes and produce attractive pages, leading to improved conversion rates and efficiency.

 ### 16. Effortless Website Creation with Framer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Albert P. | CEO, Utilities, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I found Framer very easy and affordable for creating and maintaining a website for my school. Adjusting the mobile layout and making changes was simple, and the learning curve was quick. The plugins I used, especially those for user registration and integrating external APIs, were very useful. Importing illustrations from Figma into Framer was also smooth. The initial setup of Framer was very easy to start.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

Nothing!

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer makes creating and maintaining a website easy and affordable. It simplifies mobile layout adjustments and changes, has a quick learning curve, and useful plugins for user registration and API integration.

 ### 17. Framer Elevates Efficiency with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cyrine K.

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I appreciate Framer for significantly reducing our production times compared to when we had to code everything. The platform's ease of use allows our marketing team to independently manage page creation, fostering creativity and enabling us to try new things quickly. The integration with Figma makes the setup process smooth by allowing us to directly import pages, and having Framer's team available 100% of the time for questions or setup assistance is incredibly valuable. The functionality of having a library where elements can be imported with complex effects like hover and pressed states makes our workflow fast and efficient. Additionally, despite considering other, less expensive options, Framer offers the insightful functionality and expected features that truly stand out for us. Finally, its user experience is so intuitive and accessible that even those without a technical background can navigate it with ease, and this ease of use is a huge factor for us in considering repurchasing in the future. I am very likely to recommend Framer to others, rating it a 9 or 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

I dislike that Framer doesn't include all the functionalities, especially for tools, and requires you to code your own tools if you want to create them. This lack of built-in small calculation tools means that if I want to implement a function, I have to do it manually, which feels like a missing feature.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Framer to shorten production times and enhance creativity, as it enables the marketing team to create pages without coding, allowing faster experimentation.

 ### 18. Best design tool for Webdesign and Prototyping

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I really like how simple and intuitive it is to build layouts in Framer. The canvas makes visual design feel natural, and although it's still improving, it's already very effective. I also appreciate how fast it is to create and launch websites or landing pages, and how easy it is to learn and understand. The all-in-one platform gives me great control without needing extra tools.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

One thing I find frustrating is constantly switching between component mode and normal design mode—it can slow down the workflow. It also takes a bit of time to fully grasp Framer's design approach, especially for beginners. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, the pricing can be a barrier for some smaller clients.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer helps me build and iterate on websites really fast, which is super useful when I need to move quickly. It also makes it easy to test and validate my app ideas by turning them into simple websites or landing pages without a big setup.

 ### 19. Super fast way to launch beautiful sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joran E. | Senior Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

What I like most about Framer is how fast we can go from idea to a live website. Hosting and uptime have been rock solid, which makes it easy to trust for client projects. SEO settings are straightforward, analytics integrations are simple, and collaboration with the team feels smooth. Support has also been quick and helpful whenever I reached out. Overall, the speed of shipping is really impressive.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

The only thing I didn’t love is that some key features took a while to arrive. Things like connecting forms properly and having full HubSpot functionality weren’t available at first, which made us rely on workarounds. It’s got better over time, and Framer keeps improving.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Framer for both our own websites and for client projects.

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I found the templates in Framer to be an excellent starting point and incredibly easy to use, which greatly facilitated the setup process. The platform offers a good mix of design control alongside a no-code experience, making it accessible for someone who wants to focus on design without getting bogged down by technical coding details. I particularly appreciate the ability to reuse components and edit existing templates, which streamlines my workflow and allows for efficient website building. Overall, the blend of control and simplicity in Framer's features makes it a very appealing tool for web development.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

I am concerned about the pricing of Framer, as I believe it could be lower.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Framer provides a good mix of design control and a no-code experience, making it easier to build websites with its reusable components and editable templates.

 ### 21. RIP Wordpress and WIX - It doesn't get any better than Framer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Quantity Surveyor, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

The User Interface (Platform) - super intuitive and every tool you would want is available. Framer also provides video answers and an AI assistant to get clarity on things you aren't quite sure about, so its a learning platform too.

Looks like im a website builder now - https://www.subsqs.co.nz/

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

That it's not bigger than Wordpress or WIX - YET.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are creating an intuitive and welcoming on ramp by way of a platform for those who have never made a website before, with the program (?) offer a comprehensive suite of website building capabilities. Awesome.

 ### 22. Speedy execution without sacrificing customizability.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun S. | Principal Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

One of the most impressive features is how quickly you can build and launch pages, all while maintaining the flexibility to create custom layouts and designs. The platform is user-friendly and very accessible, making it easy to get started. Customer support is excellent, with their Slack channel always active and responses to queries coming in very quickly. The team members, including Gizem, Kye, Sahil, and others, have been extremely helpful and consistently ready to assist. It's become part of our daily use and has been easy to get the content team up to speed to handle all the CMS stuff.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

Sometimes things have to be custom coded. But the addition of Workshop has made it easier.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we used an older platform that required too many workarounds just to accomplish basic tasks. As someone who had used Webflow before, I was initially a bit skeptical about what Framer could offer when we first decided to go with them. However, their rapid development pace and excellent service quickly erased any doubts I had. Framer has enabled us to launch high-quality webpages much faster, all without a steep learning curve.

 ### 23. Framer is a reliable tool with both stability and speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

The uptime and hosting are very stable, so we can operate with peace of mind.
Framer is also strong in SEO — even landing pages with lots of images and videos load quickly and help improve search rankings.
Support is very responsive, and they are open to requests for new features, which is very reassuring.
Additionally, the collaboration features are extremely convenient, allowing designers and developers to work smoothly in the same environment.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

As the number of pages grows, loading and updating can take more time. Improvements that make performance less dependent on machine specs would make it perfect.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Framer, even a web designer without engineering skills can publish web pages independently. This significantly reduces both time and staffing resources needed for website production.

The component feature also makes it easy to apply changes across multiple pages at once, which saves us a lot of effort on updates and ensures consistency.

Overall, Framer allows us to work more efficiently, cut down on operational costs, and focus our resources on creativity and business growth.

 ### 24. Amazing tool for end-to-end web developement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Framer has been a remarkable tool for the reshaping and redevelopment of my company's entire B2B web platform as well as the development of a consumer facing content library and blog. Framer has a ton of out-of-the-box tools that have been invaluable to our production timing, speed, and ability to release new information.

Their support has been second to none. We find ourselves able to reach out via a private Slack channel between our customer success team and my team for any issues or assistance we need.

Thanks to Framer's intuitive, no-code environment, we were able to get ourselves up to speed and launch 8 new webpages with 3 months of signing on with Framer and integrating it with our backend. Framer has been increasingly helpful as we work on more robust SEO for every page we have, and recently they GA'd a better, more thorough analytics suite, and A/B testing.

I am in Framer almost every day building out new pages, iterating/optimizing existing content, and more. I can't thank the Framer team enough.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

If the exception of the odd bug here and there, Framer has been spectacular across the board.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer has aided us in being able to rebuild our entire B2B web marketing ecosystem with new and inventive designs, animations, and more. With the use of their content management system, we were able to launch a content library containing over 600 pages of content. Thanks to the CMS, we were able to upload 200 pieces of content at a time in a staggered role out, but have it launch seamlessly and nearly completely automated.

Now with the updated analytics suite and AB testing, we can now finally start to iterate, test, and optimize all of our web pages.

 ### 25. Perfect for No-Code, but Neglected for Premium

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I appreciate the ease of use of Framer, especially when you have some basics with Illustrator or Figma. I also like the ability to create beautiful animated sites without code. It's really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

I no longer use Framer because I prefer to avoid no-code. Today, I code premium sites with Nuxt/Next, so Framer is no longer useful to me.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer is easy to use, especially if you have a background in Illustrator or Figma, and allows you to create beautiful animated websites without needing to code.

 ### 26. Framer helps us move fast and ship a world-class website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Efe D. | Web product lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Framer makes it incredibly easy for us to iterate quickly on our website. The hosting uptime and performance are excellent, SEO features are built-in and reliable, and analytics integrations are smooth. The collaboration aspect is also a huge plus — our design, product, and marketing teams can work together seamlessly without friction. Most importantly, speed to market is where Framer shines: we can go from an idea to a live page in hours, not weeks.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

While Framer is very powerful, managing complex CMS data at scale can sometimes feel manual, and localization workflows need more automation support. Onboarding less technical stakeholders also requires a bit of guidance, since some advanced features aren’t always intuitive. Customer support is responsive, but more structured documentation around advanced integrations would be very helpful.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Framer is solving one of our biggest challenges: maintaining a high-performing, global-scale website without slowing down our team. At Roamless, our site is a primary sales channel, and with Framer we don’t need to rely heavily on external dev resources for every change. It enables us to launch new pages fast, keep uptime and hosting rock-solid, and ensure SEO performance is competitive. The built-in analytics and collaboration tools make it easier for product, design, and growth teams to work in sync. Overall, Framer reduces complexity, speeds up iteration, and helps us ship high-quality experiences to customers in 200+ markets.

 ### 27. Simple, practical, and scalable for all types of projects.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franco B. | Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I have been using Framer continuously for at least three years on small and large projects. In all cases, it adapts perfectly to our needs. It has a modern, responsive design and, above all, adapts to our work methodology (speed). In a short time, we can have new sites and projects online. Another thing is that in recent years it has not stopped evolving and developing new tools. We will see what the future holds for us. I forgot to mention the level of attention from the team when we have problems and need answers. Super fast.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

I think it would be important to improve the CMS. Those of us who come from WordPress miss some versatile features that still need to be improvised.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speed with which we design and can have landing pages or complete websites. And increasingly faster with the integration of AI.

 ### 28. Framer has allowed our design team and marketing team to move quickly and efficiently

The platform's intuitive interface and robust component system enable rapid prototyping and iteration without the usual back-and-forth delays. Our marketing team can now make real-time updates to landing pages and campaigns while maintaining design consistency and brand standards. The speed at which we can go from concept to live website has dramatically improved our ability to respond to market opportunities and test new ideas.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

Localization can be tricky still, would love to see an easier way to create new locals.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing long developer production times

 ### 29. Game changer tool that has allowed us to deploy fast and to scale

Besides the software which is amazing, their customer support is unbeatable. Every time we have a question, it does not take more than 1 minute for someone on their team to start working on a solution for us. Regarding software, it's very easy to use as well as robust. SEO & Page Speed is also great. Since our launch, we've increased our organic and LLM traffic substantially.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

If I have to pick something to improve, it would be the ability to schedule deployments! Other than that, everything is great.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building modern websites that scale, rank and are easy to update.

On top of that, the support team is fantastic—fast, responsive, and always genuinely helpful. You can really feel they care about their users.

 ### 41. Web Design and Development brought to a new level - Also friendly for non-tech people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

My story with Framer started when I, that I already used Webflow, another webflow builder wanted to find a new web builder that could allow me to do things faster and less complicated.

After spending 1 year with Framer and use it not only for my company's page, but with my clients, here are the things I like the most:

(Head's up, I use it every day for my work in case you have doubts)

- If you know how to use Figma you know how to use framer. Easy to understand and also if you don't like Figma like me, it's a great workaround to start designing at the same time you are developing.
- To start is as simple as sign up and build your first page. Back in the time they had AI which I feel is not that relevant for them anymore, but it's really easy to get along with framer for people who are not a designer like me.
- The customer support is quite fast replying in case you have a problem. Actually, they have work a lot this year to get CS in a great shape.
- The implementation with other tools and organization is something I don't control. Since I work mostly with small businesses and is the owner the one who takes care of the page after I deliver. But I'm sure they have great options.
- This year they have launched plugins and other native integrations that are making thigs super easy to use. You don't need to know about APIs or other 3rd parties to start connecting your tools to framer.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

- They have changed the localization policies and now is very expensive to have websites with languages. You can have them but with a workaround and making some technical adjustments so SEO doesn't get damaged, but still..
- The price is friendly, but I still feel is far from the oldie Wordpress.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To design and develop beautiful and complex websites without applying code. Also the way you can migrate Figma designs to Development is astonishing.

**Official Response from Jurre Houtkamp:**

> Thanks so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! 🙌 We’re really glad to hear how Framer has become a key part of your daily workflow—especially coming from a Webflow background. Love that you’ve found it easy to dive in, whether or not you're a Figma fan!

Totally hear you on localization and pricing—appreciate the honest feedback. We’re always exploring ways to improve the experience, and input like yours helps a lot. If you ever want to share more or chat with others building in Framer, feel free to drop by framer.community. And of course, framer.com is always here for the latest updates and tools.

Thanks again for being part of the journey! 💙

 ### 44. Framer Destroyed My Blog Functionality and SEO Rankings

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Güven S. | Kurucu, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Initially, Framer was promising with its clean interface and modern design options. The ability to quickly set up pages was useful. However, these positives are meaningless if the platform sabotages itself with major functionality issues.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

Framer suddenly caused all blog post URLs on my website to redirect (via 301) to the /blog page instead of the intended post details. This issue has destroyed my SEO rankings, generated countless Google Search Console errors, and completely ruined the user experience. Visitors leave immediately when they can't access the content they’re looking for.

How can a platform that's supposed to make websites “better” end up crippling a working site without any warning? This error is beyond unacceptable, and the fact that it occurred on a live site shows a severe lack of stability and quality assurance.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, Framer helped me quickly design and deploy a modern, responsive website with minimal effort. Its intuitive interface and fast setup process solved the challenge of building a visually appealing site without needing extensive coding knowledge. However, any benefits are now completely overshadowed by its severe functionality issues, like the 301 redirect disaster, which has caused more harm than good. These problems outweigh any initial advantages, making it impossible to trust the platform for critical business needs.

**Official Response from Jurre Houtkamp:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. It’s clear that the 301 redirect issue has caused significant disruption, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has brought to your blog and SEO rankings. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide.

While it’s great to hear you initially found Framer’s interface and design tools helpful, the issue you’re describing is very serious. If you haven’t already, I’d encourage you to reach out to us at Framer Support so we can dive deeper into the specifics of what went wrong and help resolve it quickly.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Framer?**

Easy to use and good default designs make it easy and fast to set-up a modern looking website.

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

The pricing for companies operating out of EU is pretty frustrating. If you want to do anything with different languages, don't choose Framer.

I respect their business because they manage to charge you for every little feature an arm and a leg. Not very suitable for start-ups who need landing pages for different languages.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to create a nice landing page. Terrible pricing after you go beyond the basic features.

**Official Response from Jurre Houtkamp:**

> Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We're really glad Framer made it easy and fast to get a modern-looking site up and running.

**What do you like best about Framer?**

I am a Product Designer and I use Framer for Portfolio website on a daily basis, I can easily create and edit pages and publish them with a click of a button making it super easy to use. I can easily import and integrate my designs from Figma, and since it works like Figma or other simple design tools only, this makes the transition and learning super quick, The user interface is clean and everything is easily accessible,

**What do you dislike about Framer?**

If I can see more analytics about my website that would be super helpful.

**What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to build my portfolio website, without coding, Framer is I think the best solution in the market at the moment for that, since I can easily import my Figma designs and publish the web page without even editing which is A huge help now I can experiment on different designs and not worry about the time it would take for me to publish my website.
