"US Developers that feel like a part of the team"

What do you like best about fraction?

Fraction has been incredible! As a GM, I don't have the experience of a developer, but I need to make decisions for our company based on development plans. Fraction provides not only experts who do quality work, in a timely manner, at rates we can handle, but they are also so great at working with non-technical staff, like me! Their insight, guidance, and patience have been invaluable.

It has also been so wonderful to have US-based developers once again. They are easy to communicate with and feel like a part of our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about fraction?

We are currently working with them to rebuild our app and are all excited to see the finished product and how we can grow from there. We hadn't been able to rebuild the app until Fraction came along. "Fraction.work is the best discovery of 2022"

What do you like best about fraction?

They came ready with an onboarding packet to make sure we were set up for success. The developers we have are knowledgeable, plus we have weekly sync meetings with a project manager (currently the head of operations) to ensure everything is going smoothly. The CEO also joins calls when needed to make sure all questions are answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about fraction?

This statement isn't a complaint. It's more of a reality. We know we're using fractional workers, so we have to share them with other companies. Sometimes they are unavailable because we're getting them on their off hours from their jobs or their families. Scheduled meetings might be interrupted more than they would for a staff member. Recommendations to others considering fraction:

Go in knowing you're hiring people not on your in-house team, so don't expect them to give you the same hours of the day everyone else does. Be upfront with your expectations and be open to suggestions. Have a sound communication system in place, and follow solid onboarding procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is fraction solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed developers for our team, but we couldn't bring on in-house US devs. Our CEO ran across Fraction.work in another setting and suggested we check them out.
