I like its compatibility with browsers and tools. The configuration steps are very easy. Another point I like how flexible it is to turn it on/off after adding the foxyproxy extension. I usually use it for my intercepting requests by setting it up with Burp Suite as a proxy server. It usually takes only 2 steps. Click on the extension and turn it on after the initial step of adding your tool.

So far, I love using this extension. But as it's Mozilla's extension, I wish it was more compatible with other browsers as well. I however do not prefer another browser because of the long steps of setting up a proxy server and changing the system's network settings. Mozilla makes the work far easier.
