You can easier make changes to the documents once you have started with the set up (aka remove a document and add a new one). **What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?** Customer Service. Getting help from their customer service is super difficult and most of the time you just get fobbed off to their help pages. Luckily we don't need it very often. The also didn't auto renew our licenses OR inform us that it is about to come to an end. The first time, the system told me I did not have esign, only pdf reader, however I had purchased the bundle with esign included. It took FoxIt 3 days to fix it. Now, 2 months later, it is broken again, and I'm having to use a different esign service free trial while they fix it because I need esigning to run my business. The first time when I purchased, it was a breeze to purchase and set up. When I renewed recently, I purchased a perpetual license for Foxit PDF Editor Pro thinking eSign was included but it was not. The options when purchasing were confusing, and the entire experience left me feeling really frustrated. I tried calling Foxit but could not get to speak with someone. The confusing nature of the different options available for purchase devalued what is otherwise a great product and made it feel very scammy. Had I not already purchased the Editor Pro, I would not have purchased eSign. Also, the automated email marketing engines are CONSTANTLY pushing for multisite licensing; this is rather obnoxious. It's like the crazy ex-girlfriend that won't stop emailing or texting. In a world where we are bombarded with passwords for everything, it would be nice to not have to log in as frequently.
