The support team is very quick in answering and resolving issues. The integration with other systems was straightforward. **What do you dislike about Fourth HR and Payroll Services?** There's some outdated features, and reporting could include more details. **What problems is Fourth HR and Payroll Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fourth is the generic HR Sytem that we use daily, and also our payroll provider system. ### 2. There was nothing. **What do you dislike about Fourth HR and Payroll Services?** In fall 2022 I purchased a contract for my business, using the HR and HotSchedules services with Fourth. Throughout the next several months there were several issues present where Fourth employees were responsible for large financial mistakes that cost me time and money and requires me to request thousands of dollars of refunds. These include errors in payroll processing (e.g.- paying the wrong pay rate to employees, changing pay rates, paying terminated employees, etc). Additionally, several times I was told vastly different pieces of information on the system capabilities and the answers continuously changed depending on who I was speaking with. I was forced, because of the continuous financial errors, to have to cancel my contract in June 2023. Solutions were not continuously met, errors continued to occur, payroll continued to be incorrectly created. I was informed that my contract would be terminated on a call on April 12 and final termination meeting on May 31 effective July 1. This was not done, and now I am being informed that, despite the reason for cancelling being due to the above company errors, my contract is cancelled effective in 2025 and I am required to pay them for the next 2 years despite not being able to use their services and being informed my access is revoked in their system. **What problems is Fourth HR and Payroll Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were SUPPOSED to solve our need for payroll and timeclock, but they failed in doing so and caused more issues than good ### 3. HR system as standard...does the basics well. **What do you dislike about Fourth HR and Payroll Services?** Really mixed bag on browser support...some modules and tasks will work on one browser but not on another, and mobile support is poor except when using app. **What problems is Fourth HR and Payroll Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Labour cost monitoring and processing to payroll; good communication method with team; HR system reliable for processing personal details and storing information, holiday processing etc. Saves time having everything in one place. ### 4. Also managers were in control of their own restaurant insstead payrl to be done from central head office **What do you dislike about Fourth HR and Payroll Services?** It was very basic and not good design website. It was freezing because was use the most on the market and majlny businesses were using it... Which was causing big lags **Recommendations to others considering Fourth HR and Payroll Services:** Big and senior player on the market, but i think they are outdated compared the new companies on the market. **What problems is Fourth HR and Payroll Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll, share of service charge, good holiday management ### 5. The HR side, Kelly Roque is amazing and always helpful as is her team. **What do you dislike about Fourth HR and Payroll Services?** We needed a robust system of Payroll, HR solutions, benefits and Time clock systems, you offer all and the systems do not talk to each other at all. It is an actual job to maneuver through everything that we need to accomplish, one of the most inefficient systems I have ever had to deal with. The employees are very responsive but Leadership is not, I never get a check in call or email from Leadership. Gary Cona, Gene Cabrera, Kelly Roque, Nicole Fischer all responsive, out client success manager doesn't return calls or emails or check in...ever! **What problems is Fourth HR and Payroll Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** The list is too long, our PTO/ Floating holidays were a mess (resolved to my knowledge) Benefits are not aligning properly with Fourth date of hire, We love the ATS although it doesn't go without it's glitches but we like it. TimeCo is so antiquated and not user friendly, it is too small for our Company and very inefficient, there is no one to talk to there. ### 6.
