We've had difficulty implementing automatic reminder emails in a useful way, PAIR scrape isn't quite what it was explained to be, and new features are slow to come. I think it may be the way the system is implemented on our end, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of information provided regarding the marks at issue - i.e., the serial no., atty docket no., etc.
