
There are a lot of capabilities that Foundation gave us that QuickBooks couldn't. The main issue with QuickBooks was it's ability to handle our accounting with how much the company had grown. That's ultimately why we made the switch. One of the best things about Foundation is being able to share invoice documents with project managers for review online instead of giving them physical copies. There are some functions that we were unable to utilize without upgrading or purchasing other functions despite us buying these functions, and that was pretty annoying. Also, the program ran incredibly slowly, and that bothered most of our users. Lastly, only a select number of people could be online at any given time, and that often caused issues with our work flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
