To be clear, I was not editing photos. I was using the AI image generator to create my own images, based on my specifications. Many of the images were very nicely done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Again, I was not editing photos. Some of the images I created were not what I was asking for. I am testing several different AI image generators and comparing the results. Using the same criteria, with another AI image generator, I got exactly what I wanted. In addition, I did not have to pay for images I didn't want. I cancelled the subscription but the anual renewal was charged to my credit card. I have been trying for four months to get my refund. When you send a request you get an automated response that they are not in the office. I have sent refund requests every week with the documentation and they have yet to refund me.
