I don't have many negatives about Fotor. The biggest issue is perhaps that it offers so many different tools the home screen is a little overwhelming when browsing the home screen, but once you are in a tool it is very easy to use.

The only other problem I experienced was my credit card company kept rejecting the subscription charge because the company is based in China.
