This makes the experience a little irritating. Also, many times the website says it loads in 5 seconds. There are other faster solutions available, which do not lag. Also when I first tried the WebDocs trial account, it gave me a link that did not work, and no help was provided when I requested a demo. So they need to focus on their customer care management.
