Usually, DLP is in conflict with other programs with Outlook and Excel, which makes it a bit slow due to continuous monitoring.

Logging; while syslog options are sometimes cumbersome, the ability to get schedule reports to a SIEM or custom logging options with same granular controls is great

Policy writing is atypical; reverse coding style of rule writing isn't too difficult but it is somewhat complicated over tradition tope down coding
