What do you like best about FortiVoice?

FortiVoice gives our health center a reliable and secure communication system that's easy to manage across multiple sites. As an FQHC in rural West Virginia, consistent phone service is critical for coordinating care, handling patient calls, and staying connected between locations. FortiVoice’s user-friendly interface and dependable performance allow our staff to focus on patient care instead of troubleshooting phones. What do you dislike about FortiVoice?

While FortiVoice generally meets our needs, there are a few areas for improvement. The initial setup and configuration can be a bit technical, especially for smaller IT teams without dedicated telecom staff. Some features—like advanced call routing or voicemail customization—aren’t as intuitive as we’d like and require a deeper dive into the manuals or support resources. Additionally, occasional firmware updates have caused brief disruptions, which can be challenging in a health care setting where uptime is critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FortiVoice?

It is user friendly and no need to worry about missed call on the ext as I can use in my phone as well so, no chance of missing any important office calls, and it is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FortiVoice?

Well so far, didn't find in issue, as we are just implementing stage so can't say about any disadvantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FortiVoice?

It has been easy to use both at the office and at home. I am able to forward calls to my personal phone when needed. Haven't ran into any issues with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't really ran into many issues with the program. Customer service wasn't available the only time the system went down on us but other than that I don't have any complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
