What do you like best about FortiVoice?

FortiVoice gives our health center a reliable and secure communication system that's easy to manage across multiple sites. As an FQHC in rural West Virginia, consistent phone service is critical for coordinating care, handling patient calls, and staying connected between locations. FortiVoice’s user-friendly interface and dependable performance allow our staff to focus on patient care instead of troubleshooting phones. What do you dislike about FortiVoice?

While FortiVoice generally meets our needs, there are a few areas for improvement. The initial setup and configuration can be a bit technical, especially for smaller IT teams without dedicated telecom staff. Some features—like advanced call routing or voicemail customization—aren’t as intuitive as we’d like and require a deeper dive into the manuals or support resources. What problems is FortiVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

FortiVoice has helped us centralize and streamline communication across multiple clinic locations, which is essential for coordinating care in a rural setting. Before FortiVoice, we dealt with inconsistent call quality, limited control over call flow, and a lack of integration between sites. Now, we can easily route calls, manage extensions, and ensure patients reach the right departments quickly—improving both efficiency and patient satisfaction. "One of the best Voice Call System"

What do you like best about FortiVoice?

It is user friendly and no need to worry about missed call on the ext as I can use in my phone as well so, no chance of missing any important office calls, and it is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FortiVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving our day to day communication issue which sometimes due to unavailibly of manager at desk at time of important discussion, so we need to call on mobile phone on personal no. so to take care of confidentiality FortiVoice is help that we can call on direct ex. on there mobile phone instead of personal number. "Easy to use and works well!"

What do you like best about FortiVoice?

It has been easy to use both at the office and at home. I am able to forward calls to my personal phone when needed. Haven't ran into any issues with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
