What do you like best about FortiSOAR?

FortiSOAR is the best technology that helps the analyst to detect if alerts are false positive or true positive automaticaly. FSR has many features that we can use in our organization as ingest data from many sources, automate workflow, and respond to incident. It has a sample GUI that makes it easier. We can use FortiSOAR(FSR) to assign user to incident and automate incident response(IR) process. We can integrate FSR with many vender using connectors(API). Fotinet has a very helpfull support and community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FortiSOAR?

If you have a produt that doesn't has conncetor built in FortiSOAR, you need to create one and it isn't easy to create connector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FortiSOAR solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Help us to identify alerts automatically (FP or TP).

- Automate IR process.

Data monitoring and threat intelligence segment are robust which comes handy while triage.
