I use InterVu primarily for focus group work (some 1:1s) and the live tech support is a godsend. It eliminates so much stress to have the tech load the stimuli and the participants into the 'room' and assist with any troubleshooting for attendees while I focus on my actual role (researcher, not tech support!). Recently we China team is facing a suffering challenge for the slow speed response in Decipher. No matter we editing or downloading data, either panelists answer our links, The most frustrated us is that it can impact our data quality and passion to participant in our study especially during screening period. As they often need to try many times before submit successfully. For me and my colleagues, it shut down our working efficiency strongly. The Decipher platform is above average in terms of what it offers both for programming and data processing. When escalated, issues are addressed effectively. Our current CSM is excellent.

Helpdesk team has rarely provided a positive point of interaction to date, though I am told that is an area they are committed to improving.

Max/diff programming is not intuitive and you are charges too much money for the FV team to program these exercises unless you are willing to spend a lot of time haggling on costs.

Kinesis platform needs work to bring it up to speed/on par with other types of community platforms, particularly for the platform front end, and there is no way to integrate Kinesis and Revelation, which doesn't make much sense since they are owned by the same company and could be powerful complementary tools. Very easy to use, as a fieldwork manager I like how FocusVision PMs get in touch with all relevant parties directly i.e. recruiters, moderators, sim-trans etc. to ensure everyone is set up and they get the necessary info from each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Decipher as our primary survey programming tool. We use this for all programming and analysis purposes.

I am using Decipher for multiple clients on their logins as well as on helping some client on our own licence. We are programming more than 120 surveys per year which is mainly for banking domain, technology and bigger consulting firms. Where complexity level is super high and data is complex. This required very complicated scripting. I have used almost all top tools available in market but I prefer only decipher due to it's smoothness on programming.

Decipher is also flexible to use jquery and it has smooth programming to program conjoint surveys. I love decipher because of data quality. I didn't get such accuracy for data in other tools. We have used campaign management too, which is another awesome thing here. Though mostly we use full service DIY for campaign.

Last but not least, it's support is amazing. They respond so quickly with solution on 95% time. I appreciate decipher support specifically. I never ever have such type of support on other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using other client's licence and own our own licence too. For my personal use, i feel licence cost is expensive, per complete cost is little bit high. This is basically the sole reason sometime I have to use other tool where hosting is free.

The dashboard programming is little bit complex. I have asked help to show same IR, Mediam, Mean time which is showing under response summery page. But seems it is not easily possible to do here. Decipher is a clean, relatively easy to use software for survey programming. It is built by survey programmers who understand the market research field. Compared to other similar platforms, there appear to be fewer integrations or ways of scaling Decipher up to meet other business needs. What you see is what you get. Unfortunately, the Decipher support team is lacking the ability to meet some of our needs and that is disappointing. There are also some finicky things like having to run random data for every survey change (including a one character text edit that doesn't impact logic).
