The degree of customisation and adaptation is enormous. With Javascript adjustments, you can make customisations that are not available in most other survey tools. This helps with data processing before the survey i send out for example. But also adjustments can be done. The support is always helpful. It takes time to learn how everything works. The original authoring designer is not as intuitive as one would like. The new survey designer is a lot more intuitive. But for the customer surveys, we build in an extra loop with quality checks where Confirmit was the only nordic survey company that was able to deliver, without any customisations, just using functions out of the box.
