Forms on Fire could benefit from having a better user interface, more resource guides which didn't put the onus on the customer to learn the system, and better communication between sales teams and technical teams concerning which options are available. Despite this, Forms on Fire is still a quality investment which I would recommend to anyone who needs to manage information in a secure and streamlined manner. The support documentation is missing on half the links, or links in a support doc lead to a dead page. I wish there was a way to use submissions as a datasource so our field reps can edit and submit an already submitted submission without them having to have access to be able to edit submissions. I like the ability to fill out detailed surveys in short periods of time and how helpful the support team is. Every location under contract needs to use it at least 4 times a year so having everything compiled in one spot is convenient. What i like best is the performance of the software which is very nice and good. I have used it many times without any problem and it has got all the features for forms. Also, i like the fact that you can print offline and you can easily customize it to suit your needs. Another advantage is that 8 can customize the report prior to sending to my recipient.
