The system's flexibility, power and ability to integrate with so many other systems. I like the fact that existing processes and document templates don't need to be changed to fit the system - this platform can build a system that digitises the existing processes. Some features are still being improved, but this is balanced out by the fact that the support team is so responsive and helpful. If there's a way to work around something that isn't quite as good as it should be, they'll find it and give you detailed instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like you, our systems used to require paper and pen and that paper had to make its way to a person. Pictures never found their way there. All of that changed. This app revolutionized our business within weeks.
I can customize a form/inspection for any purpose and change it as refinements are needed. All of that info gets easily stored, shared, and formatted in beautiful ways that allow my people to be effective with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a slight learning curve at the beginning. I played with it for a few weeks and the support people were just great. However, I would have benefitted from a person over my shoulder when initially setting up our app. Plan on putting 10-15 hours into playing with it and you'll be a pro. The user interface was very straightforward and easy on the eyes - no strange or tiny mysterious icons. The red "?" bubbles/videos REALLY helped me quickly choose the correct functions for what I wanted to accomplish.
After spending 2 days reviewing other form software for tablets, I found Forms On Fire to be the most comprehensive, fastest to create, and easiest to use for my tablet hardware/form - a Lenovo Tab 10 Android tablet, running offline, showing an embedded video that would capture several data fields and a signature.
I was especially happy to find out that each form entry could be locked away from any subsequent review by follow-on entrants. Any additional functionality that the client wanted after reviewing the prototype was easily added. (And there were a few items they added.)
The one support feature that I found TRULY HELPFUL was the way the Forms On Fire team made it EXTREMELY EASY to get one-on-one technical support with their tech support scheduling system for computer-to-computer assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn't find anything that I disliked - that was Forms On Fire's fault. My problem was the timetable/budget I was working under.
That's where the Forms On Fire team REALLY came through for me with the phone calls and the remote connections that answered ALL of my questions and made my form completely fit the client's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Forms on Fire were incredibly easy to work with, and they provided all kinds of assistance in setting up my forms/inspections and helped me develop an entire suite of on-site inspections for the app. Unbelievably helpful and effective tool, especially for the price.
Whenever we want to make a change to our inspection forms, we can do so quickly and we can do them from anywhere, with no help needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial set up can be a little overwhelming for those not super technically inclined. The learning curve was smooth though, and I was able to get the gist of it in short order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This product is easy to use . I can type in information and take pictures of hazards. The app allows me to denote hazards found with arrows, circles or other shapes to direct the readers attention to my report and the hazards found Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much at all I dislike in this product forms on fire continues to add other features and improvements. Forms on Fire walks you through new features as they come available . I would recommend forms on fire to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can operate even when Offline, has all mobile features: photos, GPS, selections with categories, subcategories, formulas... very complete! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A fairly powerful environment with good "technical documentation": would have appreciated to have "self learning videos", in order to ease the learning curve and get familiar faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great form platform. Love that it is versatile and can intergrate with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is intuitive and easy to use. Much better than many competitors and priced accordingly. It provides a ton of flexibility and can be tailored to whatever your team needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Form building could be simplified but FoF does provide timely support and online training that answers most questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A great upside to Forms On Fire is the ability to use it on a variety of devices by anyone on your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a little bit of a learning curve and the forms take some time to put together good forms, but like anything that is difficult, it is worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
