In either the trial or paid versions, you have access to templates that create professional looking forms. One of the best things about it is that it comes with a pack of apps to meet all of your business needs for the same price and single sign-on. As a customer who required changes for my work, Forms.io enhances its features. I provided my feedback regarding some changes in the app, and they incorporated them within a week. It is user-friendly. The templates, design, and simplicity... I liked it and it would be good if other people use forms for their business purpose. You just need to purchase it once the 30-day free trial period ends. But here they are providing other apps also along with forms. Not sure how many, but I heard that there are more than 25 apps along with forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
