I have been using FormNX for over a year to generate leads, conduct surveys, and simplify processes in our company. The tool has continued to evolve during this time and offers me a wide range of options for mapping even complex question-and-answer conditions. Data can be sent reliably via webhooks or further processed using internal tools (PDF generation, email dispatch). Sometimes I saw the forms being offline and not visible on my websites. That’s bad, if you’re planning to make a Google Ads campaign or something like that and you advertise your page with that form and it doesn’t get loaded. But that’s really rare and completely normal due server updates and security patches. That also shows that the makers of FormNX are active and improving their services often so it’s alright if the uptime is around 95%. One another thing annoys me a lot but FormNX isn’t the only one with that “problem”. Let’s say you have a form with multiple pages, each time you go to the next page of the form, it scrolls up to its anchor which can be quite annoying to the user. Sadly you cannot deactivate it or hardcode the deactivation (at least I couldn’t) but other form tools, bigger companies that I tried are much more expensive and have the same problems going on so FormNX is the best solution so far. The software is not good many bugs et complicate. Not working depends from where are you located. UI is bad compare to competitors. Lack of support reply only after few weeks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is with sadness that I am changing my rating for FormNX. What a shame... Why did I change this rating? Simply because the file upload bug that I reported over a year ago still hasn't been fixed (Example: If you add an upload file field: You can choose the number of items to send and the maximum size. Please note that regardless of the size you choose, you will not be able to receive files larger than 20MB. The user is not even notified of this restriction when submitting their form, and the form will NEVER be received). I recently asked via chat if this would ever be fixed, but I did not receive a response. Furthermore, it is still not possible to add your domain name to form URLs... This is also a request that has been made by many customers, and was even announced during the AppSumo campaign.

It is truly unfortunate that I have to change my rating and find alternatives to FormNX because of this bug, which does not seem to be taken seriously by the teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It really is a simple, affordable, and great customer service form software. With so many options keep it easy and go with FormNX they just focus on forms and will have everything you need to keep tabs on workers or simply any type of form you are looking for with great templates! Easy to create forms and share with clients and contacts. The links created for our clients enable them to complete the forms and upload any data required easily and quickly.

We are also using the functions to integrate with google files.

I think that the GUI has a certain lack of sophistication in the way it looks and in some case how you as a user interact with it. Some flows dont necessarily seem too logical. Some features are missing (cname Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it easy to gather information with with the surveys, I created. In my case usually gather information about my clients to best serve them. FormNX made it a walk in the part for me.

I've used many form tools over the years, including Wordpress form plugins, but until now had always reverted back to the powerful Paperform form maker. I am needing more limits, however, so came to my favorite LTD marketplace and found FormNX.

FormNX has everything I am needing in a form builder, including answer rankings and analytics, and the conditional logic for form answers is easy to use once you get the hang of it. The only thing I am missing for my needs currently is CName, but that is to be released soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
